  Worst service of any bank in Miami,FL location. Everything about them is inferior to other banks. Wait time is horrific, parking is impossible, service is bad. Do Not visit this Branch!

  This location is the worst. So , so, so understaffed. Each time I go because it is near my office I end up leaving to go to another one miles away.

  Customer service is terrible. I always have to wait 25min or longer for the drive up. They only have 2 tellers for the entire branch. Asked to speak to manger got transferred to a voice mail.

  Worst bank in the US! Besides, no one seems to work here so if you go to this location you’re gonna experience really long wait times. Just be a customer to another bank if you have the chance.

  Horrible service. Lots of employees walking around the bank but only two tellers attending to customers with a line out the door. Does the bank manager not work on site? Does he/she not come out of their office to know what's going on??

  I went today the staff were friendly and help me to take decision about an issue with my account.👍l didn't spend more than 30 min.to resolve it

  Had to open an investigation due to check fraud and the manager Mirelly saw how frustrated i was and took matters into her own hands and went the extra mile. Thank you for caring and for the great service!

  Terrible experience !! long line at the tellers, most of them give priority to some customers they know, also the shut the door in your face at 3:56pm (close at 4:00pm)

  It's a good bank but they need more employees attending. Sometimes you have to wait 30min

  Wanna get really frustrated, angry and disrespected? Get an account at BofA and especially, bank at this location. Have an emergency ? If you dont have an appointment, forget it!
