  In regards to the review my mother leydi Sosa left. Let me start off by saying Robert and Diego are both super unprofessional. Took over 2 months to close my mom’s refinance. Not only did it take 2 months. They gave her a high interest rate and locked it without my consent. While I was working for him all the other clients he had in the pipeline were always disappointed and complaining to the other loan officers that worked in his office. Do not recommend this company.

  Ok Little Franky we understand you are mad because you would never show up to the office. The loan closed over a year ago and if your mother was so dissatisfied with your lack of knowledge and ability to work, then she shouldn't have wrote a review when she closed over a year ago. P.S. the loan officer was yourself, nor Diego or Robert are Loan Officers, they are management.

  Amazing team. I am a first time home buyer and I have been a train wreck as it can be very complicated and I did try big banks and other parties along with 1st Financial, and I am happy I found 1st Financial. I got to work closely with my loan officer and they were ALWAYS readily there for me when I called and the process was not as stressful as I thought it would be. They held my hand every step of the way and explained everything to me (even twice, some things 3 times lol and they had a lot of patience with me as I promise I am not that easy to deal with, my husband would agree). I loved working with Mr.Vizcon & Mr. Padron and Daniella. Great office and atmosphere. When I would go into the office the office was ALWAYS so welcoming and I loved their hospitality from their other employees (Alessandro I believe was his name) always offering me coffee and or a drink and at times they even has pastries. I love this office and would definitely use them again if I ever do need to buy another house or any mortgage needs I would need. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!!!!!!

  My experience with the most important and the biggest transaction of my life was great with Robert Padron and the whole team. They guided me and informed me of every step and transition that was occuring. The whole process was smooth and quick. Thank you 1st Financial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Worst service ever... Me and my wife start re-financing our house in August 2019 by the owner's promise (Robert) that with our income it was everything OK. On October they ask us for a $450.00 check for appraisal, and told us that after that we could close the re-financing but that never happened. On January 2020, they said that we were not qualifying. When my wife called them, to ask them why, one of them (Gabriel) told her that she wouldn't understand because she doesn't know about laws... In total, since August we spoke with 6 different workers, any of them less prepared than the preview one. When we tried to talk to Robert, they always said that he went on a trip out of Miami (Business or Vacations)

  Unfortunately he did not qualify. We do not refund appraisals as it’s a third party service. His employer took over 2 months to get us the information in order to calculate his bonus and once recieved he did not qualify. We even refunded the appraisal which we do not do since we have to pay the appraiser for his service.

  horrible customer service. over-promise and never delivered. absolutely no effort towards all the selling they initially offer.
