  This is by far the best Bank that I ever had. The bank officers and tellers are always courteous and willing to assist you with any transaction or questions that you might have. They always make you feel welcome. At Amerant you are not just a number, they even remember your name and make you feel at home. Keep up the great service !

  Everyone in the branch has been very helpful specially Hernan the manager and Arturo the banking specialist. We have been in the bank for a lot and we will be opening new businesses soon because of their excellent services.

  I love the new look at Amerant Coral Gables. I think is wonderful the new way cashiers work, Elsa Garrote and Virginia Alvarez helped me today. As always they went out of their way to help me and showed me the way the money comes out from a machine and I think it is safer for the employees. We have been doing business with Amerant for years and everyone I come in contact with are always very friendly and helpful. Now a days you have to wait in line for a long time at other banks, not at Amerant. It is a pleasure to go there.

  Arturo has been splendid. He has helped me with everything. I recommend him with account openings. Althought i had to wait becaude of the lack of personel he was able to help us with everything.

  I began dealing with Amerant bank, back in May of 2019, for the purchase of my office condo. From the minute I contacted Maria Olivera, who referred me to Hernan Millan - I knew I was in the right hands. My purchase was far from easy.. the property had open permits, then the seller decided to back out from the contract, then attorneys got involved, deal was back on - with extension upon extension..... needless to say - during the ENTIRE Process Hernan maintained a positive attitude, and continuously keep in contact during the almost year long process, with followup calls. The loan department staff - Claudia Mena and Jacqueline Chirino - responded to every email, processing my papers or updated my file and/or loan commitment, without ever complaining - even knowing that this may not close because of the seller. Funny thing, my loan wasn't even significant, nor was I a customer of the bank prior to obtaining my loan... But throughout the process they all made me feel like I was one of their most valued customers. I could have not done it without them. I am eternally grateful for their effort and hard work - which is extremely rare in the banking world we live in. I recommend this bank 1000%!!!! Needless to say, I am making the switch of both my personal and business accounts, after being with another bank of over 20 years - without blinking twice!! THANK YOU!!!!

  We would like to thank Amerant Bank for all the hard work and assistance they provide even in times of crisis. We have been working with Amerant since our school opened three years ago and have never had any complaints. They have been more helpful than ever during these trying times, specifically giving us directions to apply for the PPP. Mr. Hernan Millan and his team are doing an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs guidance with their financial transactions.
