  I cannot recommend Caliber Home Loans enough. They helped us with financing our first home purchase in this competitive housing market. We even got to close earlier than originally scheduled! I particularly recommend Ani, she is fantastic to work with, loved her energy, warmth, knowledge and transparency with mortgages, plus many years of experience in this industry - she has seen and been through it all. We did shop around with other mortgage lenders before committing with Caliber, but they were able to match and give us a competitive rate. Plus, we got to work with one specific person vs getting transferred and speaking with multiple people about your mortgage (nothing worse than getting bounced around when you're trying to lock in your rate).
