Bradesco BAC Florida Bank Reviews

Thiago Martins da Silva1Worst bank in the US. Never take a loan to finance a property in this bank, I did and I really regret it. A few years ago Banco BAC was purchased by the Brazilian Bank Bradesco. Bradesco bank in Brazil is the worst you can imagine when thinking about a bank.

Craig Samuelson1Scam! This bank is unethical and unhelpful. They decline to discuss fees withheld from a wire transfer they rejected! They pocket $$ from the sender while rejecting the transaction, and refuse to help in any way. I will report to the federal agencies.

Veronica Gonzalez5I opened an account at BAC Florida a couple of weeks ago for my business and had a very good experience. While it was nearly impossible to get an appointment at Bank of America and Wells Fargo in Coral Gables due to COVID, I was able to secure one at BAC Florida. Since then, I have dealt with the Branch and customer service. There is much to be said for a Bank where you can speak to a live person immediately. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly with great pricing and service on Commercial accounts!

Christy Campo5Most wonderful staff! I have had the pleasure of working with BAC and it has been such a pleasant experience! Every individual that I have dealt with has been professional., kind, and gone above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. It has been one of the best banking & loan experiences, to date! Thank you BAC Team - Silvia, Lisett, Sara, Maria, Vivian, & German!!!

Jack “jj011” More5I completed a paid internship with BAC Florida Bank which also gave me credits towards my degree. The internship experience was very rewarding for me. From the CEO to the Human Resources Division to the 5 business units I interned with, everyone was very welcoming. I learned a great deal and was provided the opportunity for hands on experience. I was encouraged to apply if an opportunity opens when I graduate with my Masters in the fall.

Andrew Vinen2Unhelpful and unfriendly customer service, I've been with them for 14years and when I call I just get unhelpful people or someone who makes me feel like I shouldn't be calling them. Once I receive my money back which should be by the end of the month I'll never deal with them again and would suggest that everyone else stays away!

Ginette S1I found this banking institution through bank rate dot com, looking for a for a financial product to build my nest egg. At first no problem, set up was pain free and simple through their website. Then came the need for me to call them; behold the angst of my abject life! Normally I would get someone with in a few rings. Sadly that's as far I would get, enter the voicemail labyrinth. "Leave a voicemail and I'll call you back."That's a common response I heard, apparently no one checks their voice mail, or failed to get their pass code to access said voice mail. I've spent more time talking to voice mails than real people. Sometimes I would get a Cisco automated response, indicating to me that they were over-whelmed with calls or dropping a deuce and left the phone on "away." The funny thing was once I got a live person to call me back, they're response to all my questions was contact us through the Web portal/site. Then we'll call you back to confirm, what! I said, you're on the phone with me now, can't we make changes right now over the phone "nope, you created the account over the Internet, so all transactions must occur over the Internet, then we'll call you to confirm the transaction after we have responded via email." What a crock, IMHO, stay away, their business practices are deceptive to say the least, or they're all border line incompetent. I wish google had the options of negative stars, I would give that instead......

maura howard1This has been probably the worst place I ever dealt with. Hr is used as an attack dog instead of helping employees. I strongly do not recommend this company for banking or for hire.
