David Gamber5Its a great bank with amazing workers. Some of the negative reviews I can see are from people that don't seem to understand that the whole world has been in a global pandemic or they just lack patience. Many places are understaffed right now and yes it's possible that you may have a slightly longer wait time when there are only a handful of employees working. Please have patience with others and be considerate. The customer service at this location is top notch!

Luis Paredes1Very empower employees 🙄 host was very nice but Hemita the rep that helped me, even having a mask on her face and a whole plexiglass enclosure forced me to put a mask on even after telling her it it made it hard for me to breathe 😳 she insisted that if I wanted service I had to sanitize my hands with her chemical and wear the mask at all times. What world are we living in. America has lost it's rights!

jacob mosher1Checked Google to see what timed they closed it says 4pm . I drove all the way to Savannah (90 miles)to find out they are closed ! Every branch of bank of America. A company this big should have there $h!# together. I really don't understand why they take off holiday's when they don't really do any physical work.

FDW AP5Your service is good, but every time I have to queue for a long time. Now, the city of Pooler is developing very well. Is it possible to consider setting up a BOA ATM at the cross of Jimmy Deloach PKWY and Benton Blvd ? Or near Walmart Pooler? This is very convenient for every one, thank you:)

Wayne G1EVERY SINGLE ATM is out of service. ALL 3!! How that's even possible? I dont know. But this location made it happen. And the nearest suggested one is the Airport...but guess what you CANT USE IT!! Because its located past the security checkpoint so unless you have a flight you won't be allowed to get to it. So you'll have to go to the next city...Garden City. This hwy80 location is useless beyond comphensible words.

Chase helped me with my credit card and was very nice and explained everything very well. This was my first time using Bank of America and it was overall a great experience.

Christopher Burr1Went to the Pooler Branch on US-80 for a wire transfer at about 1:45 pm. Im closing on a house the next day so needed it transferred that day. Pooler branch proceeded to tell me they couldnt do it today and could make an appointment for the following day. (Which would not work due to closing next morning) They directed me to do it online and “it will go through right away”.. I then drove 40 min home to try and wire it myself with their incredibly below average system. Called the bank back and they said it might take 3 days.. WHAT?!?!?! Called the bank if america branch in garden city, savannah ga. They said if i was there by 315 i could get it wired no problem. So now its 240 and that branch is 35 min from home where i am now. Proceeded to fly down the interstate and make it to the garden city branch at 313. Dominique at that branch was extremely helpful there and got it all done for me in a matter of minutes. Bank of America is getting harder and harder to do business with over the years and they are not there for the customer as they should be. Ive had multiple other issues with the bank in the past but i wont go there. Time to change who i bank with!! Dont recommend bank of America if you are looking for a new bank!

From the beginning of the transaction, she made it very apparent that she did not wish to assist me with what I needed. I was the first person in line, so obviously it was an important matter that needed resolving. That will be my last time working with her.

Antonette Gray5While this Bank of America is a bit more off the beaten path than I expected, it’s well worth the drive. Justin with Merrill Lynch was exceptionally helpful with consolidating my retirement portfolio and getting me on the same page as my husband! He took the time to review our retirement goals, made everything in very easy to understand language, and stopped every step of the way to make sure that we knew what we were doing. He made sure to give advice for all situations and options, not just the ones that would benefit him, and I never felt like a “commission”. I know that our retirement portfolio is not the biggest, but I feel like he took the same time with us that he would take with his million dollar portfolios. Glad to have him!

Shannon Leister1Complete and total disaster zone. I went in yesterday because I needed help with my account and you would think as a “preferred” client I would have been treated with a tad more respect. First, I wasn’t greeted because the lady checking people in was on the phone at her station and I stood there in the lobby area waiting to be checked in just to have to wait again to see one of the bankers. One did notice me standing and at least nodded to acknowledge me but was with someone. The girl in the other office seemed to be too busy working on something else to be bothered. (A moment later she went to the back walking past me and ROLLED her eyes.) I waited maybe 10 minutes just to be told by the lady on the phone that they had back to back appointments and it would be an hour to an hour and a half before I could be helped. Wow. I decided I would just “call the number on the back of my debit card” as suggested. No joke, lady I had detailed questions about an incoming wire and wanted to check a few other things. Needed to make a credit card payment and when I finally was able to get to a cashier she was very short and seemed to be flustered which I don’t doubt considering she was the only cashier with 4 or 5 empty windows not being used. Being a client with this institution has me wondering if it’s time to shop services elsewhere.
