  I am going to tell you honestly don’t bank with Geovista. I have been a member for 6 years and I have finally had enough. They are very unreliable , don’t answer calls and I am removing all my money and closing my account in the morning. Thanks for nothing

  Today at this location I had to spend over an hour in the drive through line to deposit money. The inside had a line going out the door. Not sure why this location is so slow but something needs to be done.

  I joined on my husband’s account after we got married. I have never in my life been with such a horrible bank. Customer service is slow and rude. Everything is outdated and rarely works with other apps/businesses. DO NOT RECOMMEND! We are switching banks ASAP.

  They are very slow. I’m tired of hearing different procedures to the new mobile deposit and they are slow at that as well. They are getting worse with everything they do. 1 time you can do something next you can’t. I’m over GeoVista and their awful staff!

  Kind & great customer service, but slow as hell! They are the slowest GeoVista I have ever visited! I definitely do NOT recommend this bank if you don’t have time to waste.

  Do yourself a favor and pick another one of the great banks in the area. I’ve been with geovista for over 6 years and they are the most unfriendly, out of date banking institution that I know of. They are rude, refuse to help, and their mobile app is horrible. I would steer clear, I’ll be moving my account this week.

  Things have been going ok for a while, but this year has been pretty terrible and now I just had a conversation with some rude girl about why my loan payment for one vehicle didn’t go through when the other vehicle did. They like to play these late fee games when I’m paying on time.

  Defiantly should have looked at the reviews before giving this place a chance! If you have to use a third party for your credit union don’t even bother with this place.. out of date is an understatement. Place looks like walking into a cricket wireless. Yuck!
