This branch is horrible if you are needing to do business inside. I went in to do something that would only have taken 20-30 minutes max. The male banker rudely asked me if I had an appointment (mind you I was the only customer waiting) and I told him no. He said, well you may have to wait a while, there are only 2 bankers. I asked him how long is a while and he said 5 to 15 minutes, so I said I would wait. The female banker at the first desk, who was the only nice one, also said someone would be with me soon. She was already helping a customer when I came in. Then the other female banker, finally came and asked if I needed help. I told her what I needed and she said I would need an appointment. I wasted 20 minutes sitting there. I was told by two different bankers that someone would wait on me and then told I would need an appointment. I know for a fact what I needed done would have only taken a few minutes. I had already been to a couple of other banks to do the same thing without any problems and no appointment. I've been with Wells Fargo since the 1990"s and I'm seriously considering moving my account. I have never needed an appointment at Wells Fargo or any bank to do business with MY money. Please look into some customer service classes for your employees. The ones that were rude were told why I was there. It's bad enough what I've had to personally go through and then for your employees to make it that more difficult is ridiculous! For the time being, I will no longer bank at this location! I was also forced to give 1 star or I couldn't post this review!

They were very busy but they did great of trying to help everyone and I had called ahead to seek help on some banking and they said I could come in and they were kind and attentive. Everyone was busy and working hard. I appreciated all they did

This is without a doubt the worst Wells Fargo branch that I have ever used. I thought perhaps it was a one off on my first experience. I do not use the interior of a bank unless I have business that requires it. The Pooler branch did not fail to deliver poor, rude, customer service. I should have done as I have in the past and driven to Garden City or the Islands branch.

      Response from the owner

I’ve been using Wellsfargo for over 17 years and this is the worst branch and staff ever. One of the employee ask if I had an appointment, no ma’am I do not. she tells me to wait out side so I waited 30 mins so I walked in and ask again now she tells me she’s not sure if they can get me in. why would you tell me to wait when I ask the second time she said they were book. They need to train their staff better. I’m closing my account after this. I made sure to let corporate know.

      Response from the owner

Thanks for your feedback on this location, Alexa. I know how frustrating a long wait can be, and I hope you'll accept my apology for the experience. To ensure I can forward your concerns to the appropriate team, please mention your review and Google username in an email to [email protected] (no account numbers). I look forward to hearing from you. -Janet, Wells Fargo HL Social

Just needed to add my spouse to my account. Stayed in drive through line for an hour, only to be told to come inside the office. Parked and went inside with family only to be greeted by a door staff asking for appointment. Very inefficient and wasted our time. It was a real simple task and the staff was unaccommodating. Interestingly, wells fargo allows you to open a joint account online without the need to visit any office. Clearly they could provide the same 'add' service for existing account holders. For us, instead of picking an appointment way out in the future, it was easier to move our funds to an online bank.

      Response from the owner

Hi, Joe. This is not the experience we strive for, and I want to make sure the appropriate team addresses your wait time and appointment concerns. Please mention your review and Google username in an email to [email protected] (no account numbers). I truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to discussing this further. -Janet, Wells Fargo HL Social

To whoever it may concern, I strongly advise those to not visit this location Let me begin by saying that I’m never one to write a complaint but after having one of the worst banking experience I have ever had I felt like it was a must. I have already know this bank to have a bad reputation for poor management and staffing from speaking to other locals in the area who are always reporting, this so bad service was to be expected but this encounter was truly an infuriating experience. The interaction I had with the bank teller ( whom I don’t know the name of) was truly a mess. It seems as though she was unable to comprehend completely the simple task of depositing a check. She made several mistakes while trying to do this one request, which resulted in me being held up at the window for over 30 minutes while a line of people were behind me waiting to be serviced as well. I truly believe a supervisor need to be alarmed of this and speak to the teller whom which this incident occurred with too figure out why this employee was unable to do her job and manage to do such a simple task. Perhaps she needs more education, on- job training or instructions on how to perform such a basic task that is likely to be requested of her daily. Obviously, this location clearly need new management or more training on how to properly an establishment. I hoping this message is taken seriously and things are improved in the near future. - Sincerely A very unsatisfied customer.

The manager claimed she couldn’t waive a fee that other managers have waived in the past. So we were charged $10 for transferring the cash we deposited into another fellow Wells Fargo account. I ONLY bank here b/c of my husband. I am a member of several credit unions and two other banks and no OTHER bank charges for transferring MY money!!!! Seriously going to look into another Business account for my husband as I don’t see how he benefits with all the additional charges that are so foreign to me (I have a Chase Business Account and haven’t had to pay any added fees to us MY Money!). And like the other reviews, the branch is rather small.

      Response from the owner

I apologize for any frustration, Jessica. Let me look into these concerns for you and do my best to assist. Please provide some more details to [email protected] including your full name, Google username, phone number, and address (no account numbers). Be sure to mention you posted this review. This Wells Fargo is to small for Pooler. Parking is unsafe and you often get trapped in with no way out. Line is always long, and wait times vary anywhere from 5-25 minutes. Over all staff is nice and the only reason I haven’t switched to another bank.

      Response from the owner

I'm very pleased to hear our team members at this branch are friendly, Courtney. I'm concerned that you continue to experience long wait times, however, and I hope you'll accept my apology. To ensure I can forward your your feedback appropriately, please mention your review and Google username in an email to [email protected] (no account numbers).
