  BofA reversed a credit in error on my account. This caused multiple negative balance issues. Told customer service when they initially did the reversal. They didn't help by looking into my account with me. My negative balance due to their error wasn't important to them. Hate this bank!!

  This has to be the worst bank. I hate my husband uses this bank. I came early to beat the lunch rush. Well I could have waited. Been Inline 15 min todo a deposit. This is bonkers. Let’s cross my fingers I don’t have another issue just doing a deposit.

  I guess Bank of Americas new policy is if you walk in within an hour of them closing, you're not getting helped. Yet I saw others being helped who came in after me. Maybe its becasue I needed a notery and they needed a checking account? I used to work for Bank of America and this was never the policy. Times have changed and so will my bank in the near future.

  I really like the Business consultant, Anita Magar. She is so far the best ever BofA employee I have encountered. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and takes care of her clients.. she goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is always reachable over phone and email. I wish her all the best!!

  Horrible customer service. The branch manager took 30 mins to cash my check. After I asked to get my check back, she made me wait 30 more mins. Her response after I asked why it took so long was “why don’t you take the check to chase since you’re a customer there”. I do not recommend this branch.

  I had few questions about opening up a new credit card. It was such an excellent experience. I was helped by Nadia Kassim. Nadia was extraordinary. She was very generious with her time. Nadia is very knowledgeable, she explained all the different options and walked me through the process. Her valuable recommendations got me approved. She also gave me quite few tips on how to build/maintain my credit. Nadia definitely gave me the best cutomer service I had since I’d started banking with BoA 8 years ago. Thank you Ms Kassim.

  So if you’re open Saturday why would you not have the normal drive thru open? When you say you’re open we expect you to be open. Anyway, took my dog for the ride Saturday to cash a check and boom. No drive thru. Now you know in Texas that’s a issue in July. Thanks for putting the icing on the cake. Ready to take my business elsewhere anyway. Just makes decisions easier 😁 Stay up BofA

  Terrible service! Walked in to this location to add my husband on my account and was told an appointment that was running late was on there way and if the didn't arrive in 5 minutes I would be next.... This is a first come first serve service so why am I waiting on another client that isn't even on time! I have been with Bank of America for 12 years and this is a first for me. Just moved to Keller and this location is right around the corner from me, but I promise you I won't be returning to this location.

  Worst bank of America branch. In every aspect. After this branch experience i happily switched over to CHASE across the street. Far much better people, customer service is better then all these IDI0TS in this branch.

  They are very helpful. Never have a problem with there service. To boot I’m not even a banking member, most of my clients are, but they treat me like I am. Amazing women work here
