      I love this bank. They have all the services of a nationwide chain but they treat you like you’re in a small town. It’s the best service ever. Regina and Roberta always say hi, welcome me into the bank and ask me how I’m doing. The tellers are so very friendly. Service is always very professional and very fast. Exceptional banking experience.

      Worse Credit Union/Bank I have ever used. I opened an account on a Saturday. I was positive in my account. I made a transaction to my church which I had plenty of funds to do so, but instead of deducting the normal amount which would still keep me positive they overdrafted me and now I'm way in the negatives for no dang reason! Apparently this bank doesn't know how to do math. I'm working on closing this because they stole my money. ..... Update: Rafael (Assistant Manager) called me and fixed the issue. He was very understanding with my frustrations. It's because of him I decided to give EECU another chance. If all goes good I'll update again. If anyone has an issue at this particular location talk to Rafael. He will fix it for you. Thank you again, Rafael.

      Prospect member of this CU & have attempted to conduct business at this locations two days, each time with an appointment and experienced a wait as if I didn't. The first day it was 30 minutes... Today, I noticed employees chatting with each other when you have customers/members in your lobby. If this is how you treat a prospect member, I do not want to experience your service as a seasoned one.

      Unfortunatly you have to give a star. We have banked here sense 2014. Recently tried to get a personal loan and was denied . Credit is good . But after voicing my opion they said they could try with collateral. Ok so we tried with our car.Denied then was informed that we could refinace our car , ok not what we were trying to do but a lower intrest rate is always nice. Got approved! for 2 points lower cause thats how they do it here. So i told them i would think about it. Then I tried another credit union , Bam got approved for half of what EECU was gonna give me got a personal loan as well. I really felt like that guy you see in the movies asking the bank for a loan saying we have been customers forever and getting denied. They are of no help to their loyal customers. We will be leaving the EECU family and finding a place that care for its customers

      This bank has amazing customer service. Warm welcoming smiles, even when I walked in right before closing. Regina was truly a blessing. At 6:15 pm on a Friday she was eager to help me accomplish all of my banking needs. I am highly recommending this bank.

      We do all our "banking" with EECU and have for a number of years now. You get the best rates and fees with credit unions; not for-profit banks. We haven't "banked" with banks in 30 years. In our experience, EECU follows Federal and State Laws and the staff is accurate and efficient. Online banking feels secure. You may have a little wait when you go in for services beyond deposits and withdrawals . . . but I would expect a wait to meet with a professional banker anywhere when I occasionally require in-person advice.

      Been using this branch for years. Me and my husband have had 4 auto loans where no one else could match the rate as well as a lower interest credit card and personal loan. They also helped when my mom passed and I needed to close her account set one up for her estate. They are all really friendly and Roberta is my favorite!

      Awful experience. Regina couldn't be bothered to help me. She was not friendly. She told me what I was wanting was based off income and length at residence. She then pulled my credit without asking me, and that put a hard inquiry on my report. I asked for a savings account as well, but when she saw my credit report and that I was denied for the loan, she was done. She was very snobbish and acted like she could care less if I wanted to do business with them. Do not waste time here, because they will surely not want to "waste" their time with you. I am so disappointed and shocked by the lack of customer service by Regina. I was told she was great and that she would be the one to see. She had an AWFUL attitude and that reflects on EECU. I will not return here for anything.

      Brian P. from the Watauga location is probably the best banker I have ever worked with. He was very professional, and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. He helped me so much and it really felt like he cared about my situation. Most of my experience with banks makes me feel like just another number, but he took the time to listen to my questions and answer them thoroughly, while helping me make some important decisions regarding my finances.
