  They hold my auto loan and I have a credit card with them. Currently, I use Green Dot, no real checking account. I tried to open one with Capital One, but they will not allow transfer of funds from Green Dot. I'm not going to a branch where all reviews are negative. Guess I'll keep Green Dot!

  My firm has done our business with Capital One for many years due to the superior customer service we receive. The staff at the Tarrant Pkwy location has proven to be particularly friendly and they always go out of their way help out with any issues that arise. Today, for example, I had an accounting issue arise which was of no fault of the bank where I was personally missing some of my records. But Nikia was extremely helpful and patiently helped me sort through the issue until it was resolved. Virtually every other member of the staff has also bent over backwards to help out in the past many times just as she did. It is very refreshing to receive such helpful banking service in today's banking climate. I would strongly recommend this bank and branch to anyone who is seeking professional, helpful, and friendly service.

  I am a Capital One Bank Fan, been a customer for years. I loved my branch in Lake Worth. Unfortunately they closed my branch and many others in Fort Worth. I really have to go out of my way, if I need a branch service or ATM. I ask Capital One to at least open some ATM services especially in the areas where they closed bank branches. Now I have to use a Wells Fargo ATM for cash needs. That's $3.00 a pop! I hope Capital One will respond to it's customers they left in neighborhood's like mine. Thank You, sincerely David!

  We been banking with capital one for 6 years we recently moved to ft worth so we stared using this bank. The other day that i went to deposit a check that i get montly with my moms and my name on it i was told that was the last time they would doit since my mom doesnt have an account with them. The manager said she was doing me a favor for the last 3 years depositing the check in my account. It bothers me that they never mention anything before untill now, as well as telling me they are doing me a favor. The banker ask me if i wanted to take my husband out of our account to add my mom i said no thank you i will be looking for another bank.

  Hate this branch there Outside ATM Never works for Deposit they Need to Fix This so bad. Cause by the time I done with work there close. I make a trip all the way over there and ATM can’t take Deposit smh. Worst location. Fix the ATM

  After reading all these reviews I’m hesitant to drive all the way over there because I have to make a large large deposit. Anybody know if they’re ATMs are working? I work the same hours they do so I would need access to that

  Absolutely AWFUL customer service from the notary person as well as the branch owner. They REFUSED to notarize a document that was in the complete scope of what was allowed. The Branch Manager refused stating that the document "might be a power of attorney" which if anyone knows you are allowed to NOTARIZE a POA. I will be closing my account and not using this bank anymore. When I told the Branch Manager I will come back and close the accounts she blew me off because she doesn't care to have me as a customer. I am filing a complaint with Corporate as well as the Secretary of State Notary Unit because this was completely uncalled for and not how a bank should treat their customers.

Please keep in mind, that for this reason, our associates are unable to notarize Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, Real Estate Transfers that are not associated with Capital One transactions, or Settlements.

  I only have a Credit Card with them and love it! Had a few problems with it while traveling but they resolved my issue in a timely manner. Both times I've used their Drive-thru service has been very quick and efficient.

  I like Cap One...but...like others I have to travel 40 minutes to deposit. The ATMs by me(which are said to be Cap One ATMs), don't have the deposit feature. Sure would cut down my travel time. Was told by an associate that C.O. deposit ATMs would be coming to Target soon. Unfortunately the Target near me has Wells Fargo. Yuck! HELP!! BUILD A BRANCH IN BURLESON! PLENTY OF ROOM AND OPPORTUNITY!

  I was able to memorize the prompts and menu options (in English and Spanish) because I called so many times with no answer. Customer service numbers aren't very helpful either, but you would think a branch could answer their phone or why have one?
