Delavar Haf1I have never seen such delays in transferring money compare to my other account in Chase. Don't waste your time opening an account here. Their customer service is a joke They told us we don't have time to open an account because it takes 45 minutes, so it is better to do it online!!!!

John Emmele1Mobile would not accept a check with poor hand writing and said to see a branch. Went to this branch and explained the situation. Because the check is endorsed for mobile deposit they told me I HAD to Mobile deposit the check or go back to my customer and get another check written. After 10 minutes they made a call and said they could complete the deposit with a 7 day hold and there is no other solution. Either the bank policy or the staff of this branch are moronic. I'll let Wells Fargo decide. Update: the Roanoke branch was able to complete the deposit, with no holds, in about 30 seconds. Thank you to this branch for completely wasting my time, unnecessarily.

Peter Hall1Turned away from opening an account for my daughter because it was 20 minutes before closing. One would think a bank would be efficient at this. After 30+ years of banking with WF I should have seen if they could close my accounts in that time.

Shelley Moore1Apparently instead of being able to walk in and get help anymore, you have to make an appointment. You can sit and wait and hope they can get to you, but if not, you’re out of luck. The worst part is the rude bankers with zero customer service skills.

Jon Westrom5I expect good service but when its OUTSTANDING I have to give a review. Last week we had many business logistics, new account set ups, etc amd Michelle in business banking was over the top. Very painless, schedule appt, documents prepared in advance. Thank you for a great experience.

Eddie Sanchez1Would give it a no star or even negative stars if I could. Tried depositing money in one of their ATMs and one of the bills couldn't be verified and asked to deposit what it had and send back the bill it couldn't read or send all bills back. I choose to have all bills returned and got almost everything back except a $20 bill. Called to talk to tech support and said I have to wait to get my money back after it's findings sure to a faulty machine. Took it less than a minute to take my money and now I have to wait 10 days to see if I get my money back. Stay away from these ATMs if you don't want your money stolen from you. Guess I'll be doing in person deposits from now on.

Shawn Godlewski1Do not do business with this bank, they just charged us $8 to cash a check drawn off their bank . We left this bank over a $8 mistake in our account 20 years ago and now they stiff us for another $8. Not doing well to win back a customer. I will never accept another check drawn off this bank for as long as I live.
