  Terrible. There are a number of credit unions that offer vastly superior services for military personnel and families than NFCU. Do your research and look around. Don’t assume this CU will take care of you just because you’re military and they have “army” and “navy” in the name. There are far better options, particularly for military and veterans, and you’ll be better off “shopping around.”

  I went in on today and obviously a mistake with the system was made. I stay 25 minutes from this place, and went back in twice. I was told some misleading information so I was driving an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes to another branch since I didn’t want to deal with this branch. I was on the phone with a Navy Federal customer rep, and she informed me that the next nearest location was actually on base and was restricted. So I had to turn BACK around and come to the location where I was originally at. The “manager” gave me the same woman that put in my information the first time. She had the NERVE to have a little stank attitude. I will NOT come back to this location.

  Vets ! Check this Federal Navy Credit Union out. Better than a bank, where Vets connect with active duty family members. Also, as a member a NFCU plus is being a member of the Co-Op which means any ATM withe the Co-Op triangle logo on it has "NO service fees" when used with a FVCU credit or debit card.   I was approved for a home loan. I called leaving messages for loan officer Dawn, to get the correct address to mail her my w-2, paystubs info and papers that I signed. I returned my paperwork to the address on the envelope to Lakewood Hill Dr,Ft Worth,Tx. After, mailing the paperwork, loan officer Dawn, called and saying it was ok, even though it wasn’t her branch and she would have someone there to send it to her. Since, two weeks had passed and I found a home and called Dawn, who never called to say she never received the paperwork. I was then told by her that she never received the paperwork. I let her know didn’t receive a call,voicemail or an email saying she or her assistant needed anything from me. I ended up going with my realtors lender and got a better rate and a new home. I will be closing all accounts with navy federal and I’m now with a better credit union that gives 1% back my checking account that must maintain $5,000 and make 20 transactions a month. It’s better than any CD or IRA. Thanks Dawn.

  I love my Navy Federal Credit Union!! This new branch looks great on the inside. Staff was very friendly, and we were seen right away. Amelie Roland was awesome, and very knowledgeable!!

  Will take a full check from you but if the last name does not match cause the state will not recognize your full legal name. Then they will not allow you to pay on your loans under the same account as your checking. Horrible service

  I love my Navy Federal Credit Union!!! I can't say enough good things! Employees are super nice and always helpful. Questions are answered with a smile! I recommend NFCU to my family and friends
