This by far is not only the worse branch I have ever did business with but the worse bank. The customer service is horrible at this location . They show favoritism towards Spanish speaking customers and the tellers act like they hate their job. One time I went here and the teller raised her voice at me and rolled her eyes all because I asked her to better explain a policy . When all other banks are bringing back their regular lobby hours they still have there hours set to 4PM during the work. Which is horrible for most people The atms always give me some type of error message and I have to redo the entire process. The staff is not diverse at all which would be nice since their customer service is based on if the customer is the same race When you call for customer service you have to hold for more than 30 min and food luck trying to quickly call them from the app Bank with a better bank. Especially if you are a none Spanish speaker . I banked here for convenience but I will go back to Chase or my local credit union and to Bank of America do some customer service sensitivity and diversity training

Waited in line for over 30 minutes. It was not until the line was out the door before they got someone else behind the front counter to assist. Once help came they processed my cashiers check fast.

Worst bank ever had me waiting in line 40 minutes just to tell me they cant cash my check because of the amount most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard

      Response from the owner

Hi, Robert. We review how we do business on a regular basis, and make changes, when necessary, to ensure that we can provide the best possible protection for our clients’ accounts. Cashing large checks for non-clients is an area where we've enhanced protections for our clients. You can negotiate the check with your financial institution. If you are interested, we would be happy to have someone speak with you about becoming a client. This bank didn't visit him anymore. I had a bad experience with doorman Eddi Hurtado. I'm going for a service and the girl who treats me apparently is new and I didn't know. Eddi Hurtado will help her and between helping the girl print a paper and the line of clients. Eddi Hurtado very annoyingly tells me "this is what there is." No sir, forgive me, as a client of this bank I demand that I be treated with respect. And not that I am treated as if the bank were the position to sell hot dogs on the corner. Mr. Eddi Hurtado must be respectful in serving the customers of that bank. And not to walk with a bad character, without education and arrogant before the citizens or customer of this country. We go to the bank looking for good customer service, we don't go to the bank to be treated vulgarly. The bank must look for qualified personnel for customer service, not only because they are fluent in already hired English." Here are many qualified people willing to provide a good service as the public deserves.

This branch never answers the phone and only had 1 Teller working on a Friday afternoon at peak time. The line of customers was backed up to the front door. Even when you try to call the 800 number for customer service the wait times are over 35 minutes

      Response from the owner

Can’t cash a cashiers check, why print them? Pointless service. They should make a note of this before you waste an hour in their line with 1 teller

I agree with Sasha, CLAUDIA is rude. I had a bad experience last year in this branch. I went there for a money order and I just literally walked out the door and decided to turn around and ask if I should be really charged for a money order even if I have a BofA acct. CLAUDIA was by the doorway and arguing with 2 people. I didn't realized that the bank is about to close and maybe that is why she's arguing with them. So, I said "excuse me" to let me pass the door but she quickly blocked the doorway and grabbed the door and said that can't you see? The bank is already closed. So I politely told her that I just literally walked out the door and just wanted to ask why I was charged for my money order when I know someone isn't charged? She said that I can no longer come in because it's already 4 pm and bank is closing. So I asked for the manager and it turned out that she's the manager. Then I just asked her if she could tell me why I was charged and she sarcastically answered that because I'm not maintaining my balance. How could she tell that without pulling my account and just looking at me? Is it because I'm not dressed up? she could just assume that I'm not maintaining my balance?! Very rude and unprofessional. I do maintain my balance and I do have a descent job (I'm a critical nurse in the hospital). Just not a person who likes to wear fancy clothes!. I'm not bragging about my job but just saying, it's not nice to judge people by the way they look. I will never go back in this branch ever again. This isn't the first time I got a terrible customer service here. It is really a good decision to keep Chase for my main accounts. I am so happy banking with them. I've been in different branches and the staff are all nice and professional.
