Chase Bank Reviews

Maani K1I had the worst experience ever. I never had such a bad experience in any area that is related to customer care. I’m working Monday to Friday and only time I have is Saturdays to do my banking. But the lady that was helping us obviously wanted to go home. We waited so long and then she couldn’t fix our problem. She did not offering any clear solution. While she could simply ask for the proof of name change. I asked her how to talk with customer service she said the number is in the back of your card and wasn’t bothering herself to call her supervisor to make sure that I’m not having any complains. After I called customer service they told me it is something that the branch can help you with and they can find their way around it. Now I have to make another appointment travel to another branch and sacrifice my next Saturday (day off) for the issue that is not even exist. Definitely not recommended this location to anyone.

J M1Personal and Business Customer since 2008 and they have become totally horrible. This particular location has lost a deposit and put it into someone else's account. But Chase overall has become a conglomeration that can't communicate internally. You can't even call this branch anymore. I literally have the manager's card and I am re-direct to a call center in India. You can book an appointment with a banker unless you go online. Then you have to hope the banker is actually there when you show up. When I started out with them Chase gave me their "premiere" personal checking because I also had business account with them. Over the years they have "lost" the association between the two accounts FOUR times and then started charging me fees (and without notice I should add.) This most recent time they just started charging me a fee and when I inquired about it they said they said the business account no longer qualified me for waiving fees on personal checking. So I asked when I was notified about that and there was total silence on the other end of the line. I can just hear the announcer now "Your local Chase branch. You can't call us. You can't even see a banker without making an online appointment. That's Chase's customer service. But look we have some overpriced celebrity telling you how good we are."

Serena Sneeringer1Tried calling to speak with the branch directly and was routed to the 800# customer service. The 800# customer service representative tried twice to call them while putting me on hold. Still no answer at this location.

Truong Phuong1Bad customer service. They let customers waiting for long time (more than half hour to 1 hr sometimes). The branch only has few familiar same bankers there that very slow on their feet and unwilling to help. Not above and beyond service that you'll see at other bank. I've been customer there for more than 10 years and each time it has problems when I come to this branch regardless of what I try to do. Save yourself a headache and frustration by being a customer somewhere else the first place or if you're stuck with chase like me, go to other branch right down the street. Much better and faster service. This branch and the employees/managers here do not care.

D Campos1The teller Rebecca has a terrible attitude and customer service. I do not recommend her, cause she is not going to help you fully on what you need. Not deserve working with customer.

Besim Baslangic1They only had two ATM outside and always almost always one do not work. People waiting on the line that ATM do not work. When I walk inside the bank and mention the problem, lady smiles to me and tell me ' Oh we have nothing to do with ATM s '. Outside there are 3 banking lines every time empty, they can put some more ATM but why? This are very INCOMPETENT people.

Tonia k. (sneezy)1Ridiculous at this Bank only has one working ATM it's a huge building and they're online it says they have three ATMs. Every time I have to come here I have to wait about six or seven cars to get to the ATM.

Nicole Robinson1WARNING: Chase does NOT protect its customers from wire fraud. There are currently no policies or procedures in place to protect customers; when you are a victim of wire fraud, Chase will ignore your complaint claim and refuse to help you obtain your money back. The employees are not trained in wire fraud prevention and Chase will still place blame on the customer instead of their own employee after the wire fraud occurs.
