  We began working with Edward Foy of Home Equity Network on March 2, 2018. By April 12th, we were closing on our home! Edward was extremely knowledgeable on the process from wing to wing and was very pleasant to work with. It felt like old friends catching up each time we chatted. We had a couple of unique circumstances which prompted a series of questions, but Edward was always accessible to me, responding quickly via text, phone or email. Applying for a mortgage loan is an arduous task with all of the paperwork that is required, but somehow Edward made everything palatable.   We worked with Edward for the mortgage on our first home. Since we were first time buyers, we didn't know anything about the process. He explained everything very clearly and helped us get the loan with the best rate for us; a loan type that we did not even know about. He was engaged at ever turn from time management of contract sensitivity to explanation of lender jargon when necessary.
