  Open and account 2 month ago gor 2 friend that were visiting the country with no problem.Today 6/14/22 they said it's imposible because of rules that been for a couple of year.Look that depend in your accent t open a new account or not!!!!!!

  Excellent customer service and an extremely friendly and welcoming attitude. They were very helpful when someone stole my credit card number and tried to run up fraudulent charges on my account. Another time I had an issue with a check clearing into my account, the telephone support said they couldn't do anything and it would take 3 weeks to clear. I went in to this location and they had everything fixed and taken care of in less than 5 minutes, and that's including the time I stood in line!

  The only reason this location gets any stars is because the staff is very friendly. Other than that? This place is not the best. I NEVER walk in to more than one or two tellers taking care of the enormous line. I’m always waiting behind 4+ people. Someone in upper management always walks around and asks what we’re in for today and then just retreats back to their office. This place needs minimum 3 tellers working at all times to tend to the lengthy line every day. Until then, Suntrust has been my favorite bank to use for the corporation i work for.

  The branch on Gaines School Road, Athens, Ga has very poor customer service. This branch is the closest to my house, about a mile. Next time I will drive, no matter how far, to do business at another branch. Previous Loyal Customer

  The staff called Casey Everett is nice attitude to customer, but doing nothing! He said he will return wrong charge fee and credit bonus, but after 1 week, nothing is return

  At least distance to East Athens shopping centers, with 3 ATMs, including one drive through ATM. Convenient for walk-in if needed on weekdays.

  Not About The Branch But The COOPERATION!! THEY ARE CROOKS. THEY ROB YOU FEES. PLEASE I BEG ANYONE FIND ANOTHER BANK. GO TO A CREDIT UNION
