  Our Mortgage Consultant, David McCorkle, was the most positive force during a stressful time buying an 1800's farmhouse. We were first time buyers, using VA loan, and were very green to any home buying and lending process. David really made it easy for us to understand the terms and conditions of the VA lending process, taking the time to speak in terms 1st time buyers could understand. He was available by phone and email, including weekends. And even answered questions not at all related to our mortgage. All communication to the closing attorney and seller's agent on our behalf was professional. Our Mortgage Loan Processor, Tara Broom, was just as efficient and available as David. She was quick to review documents, respond to requests from the closing attorney and seller's agent. The Brand Mortgage application platform was user friendly and easy to navigate. I look forward to referring any buyer to David and Brand Mortgage.
