  I have a loan with First Franklin and I became ill and have been out of work since August on Short Term Disability. I needed help with my loan payments and Tinita helped me with the insurance I took out on my loan. She followed up with me and would even call just to see how I was doing. She went above and beyond to help me. Everyone is so friendly and very professional in dealing with them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a loan.
