  Everyone we interacted with at Nations Lending were just awesome to work with. We are retirees and not very good with technology. Everyone was soo helpful and patient with us. Carolyn, Andie and Warren were all professional, friendly, and personally committed to getting us to the closing table. I would characterizes our loan as complicated. The whole team worked tirelessly to make our dream of home ownership a reality. We highly recommend the entire Nations Lending team for anyone looking for a mortgage.

  Andie Freeman is professional, friendly, and soo patient. Andie and the entire Nations Lending team never wavered in their commitment to get my wife and I to the closing table. We are retired, have property in another state and less then perfect credit. So our loan process could have been very complicated, but Andie made it work. In the beginning we weren't at all sure we could qualify to buy a home. But we knew it would be a more stable and a wise investment for us to get out of the crazy Athens rental market. Andie, Carol, Warren and the entire Nations Lending team walked us thru the process step by step. We are soo happy and thankful to now be in our home. No more rent for us, thanks to Andie Freeman and the Nations Lending team!! We highly recommend these folks to anyone with the dream of home ownership.

  I enjoyed working with Denise and Warren Alcorn. The weeks leading up to closing were challenging and at times discouraging. Denise and her team did not give up on me and would not let me give up on the deal. I appreciate their knowledge of resources available to assist in getting me to closing. They worked tirelessly with me to insure there would not be any holes that could not be filled and that I was able to get the best deal possible on my new home. This was a huge purchase.   I am eternally grateful and thankful to Denise, Warren, Chrisite and the entire team for helping me fulfill my dream of becoming a homeowner!!! As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous going through the process. Denise took my hand and walked me through the entire process. She explained everything and answered every question.
