  Mariana (I hope her name is correct) was so incredibly kind and helpful. The manager was also a sweetheart:) It felt like I was being helped by a family member. I will go out of my way to be helped by her again.

  It would be nice if somebody decided to answer the phone at this location. Called about 5 different times all separated by 15 minutes of each call. Rumor has that the phone is still ringing to this day and nobody seems to give any effort. I'm sure they just stand around and hear the phone ring and either press silent on the ringer or pretend to become, "busy". Hey guess what, if you answer the phone and deal with customers with no-contact, that means they don't have to come inside and risk everyone's lives (and their own of course) during a pandemic!!! Also, it's less people you have to deal with! So lets learn how to answer a phone! Come on, you got this! Back to the 3rd grade we go!

  Final straw was today. I've been banking here for 25 years and have seen everything go downhill. This is the second time I have driven to the bank when it is supposed to be open and they are closed. Apparently they have limited staff and cannot staff enough to keep the doors open. I am closing my account-this is ridiculous!!! And the smarmy newbies that stand around doing nothing make it even worse.

  Why is this branch closed? This is a high demand location. BofA has permanently or temporarily closed 2 out of 3 branch locations within 10 miles of this area. Access to ATM is not the same as access to a banking branch.
