Ronnie Dallman1Nancy with this branch is the worst supervisor one could ever have. She was very rude and by the look on her face you could definitely tell that she was enjoying it. I went in to cash a check that a customer gave to me that and they wanted to charge me seven dollars for not being a member, that was fine all I asked for was a receipt if they were going to Steele money from me, she told me that can not give me one, I told her that if they hare going to charge me a fee and deduct that from the check, by law I am entitled to a receipt. She said that they will not give me one. I told her to go ahead and cash the check and if they do not give me a receipt then I will sue them for Unfair Trade Practice, she told me that I ad to leave. I went to a different branch they cashed the check, charged me the seven dollars and gave me a receipt all under ten minutes. I do not know what Nancy's problem was, but U.S. Bank needs to fire her for the way she treats people. I think she is a person that has some mental problems and most likely has underlying control issues, thank goodness she is not a manager and now I know why they wont put her in that position. What happened to U.S. Banks five star rating? Now it is only 3.6 and going down. And what is it when a bank opens at 11:00am? What a looser.

Trevor Briggs116480 Boones Ferry Rd Lake Oswego, OR 97035-4208 United States I do not have an account with US Bank,and after today I NEVER will. I had a STATE of Oregon issued check in the amount of $7400,that was stamped with payable through US BANK. I went into this branch because it is the closest to my residence to get it cashed. I walked in and was told since I didn't have an account they would need a thumbprint,no problem.After that the lady told me I would have to pay $5.00 to cash it,no problem. Then she came back and informed me that the bank did not have enough large bills to cash it,no problem.I told her twenty's would be fine because I was going right across the street to Wells Fargo to deposit it in my wife's account. She came back with my $7,400 in twenty's. She then told me that she would need to get an override with her manager because my STATE of OREGON issued driver's license was too new.I just had a birthday and my license expired in June so I had my license renewed in July.Then the manager came out to inform me that the bank did not have enough money to cover cashing my $7400 STATE issued check. Instead of informing me of any other options they told me basically to leave. So, I did, and went across the street to WELLS FARGO and opened my own account and deposited the money and had a POSITIVE experience with WELLS FARGO. I will NEVER RECOMMEND US BANK to ANYONE in the future. It was by far the MOST NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!

The surly manager told me that "there's nothing we can do" when confronted with what should be a simple problem...THEY changed the primary address on our safe box account, not us. We've getting the bills just fine until this year. They kept sending the bills to my brother-in-law, who lives in Portland, about 15 miles away(Never mind we live about 2/3 of a mile from this branch). I don't know how they even got his new address, but he has only lived there about a year. He had no reason to think we weren't getting the bills, also (since he is only on there as executer in case something happens to both my wife and I). We didn't find out about it until very recently. I was there, in good faith to pay my bill, and asked for the fees to be reduced, or at least cut, since this IS CLEARLY A BANK ERROR. Nothing doing, apparantly. According to her, my brother in law should have driven all the way here from North Portland, and paid the bill, since, you know, his name is on it. Besides, I don't have another account with them, so I'm not worth the hassle for a stupid little safe box account. I withdrew my 2 decades old safe box account and plan to take it accross the street to a bank that doesn't treat a customer buying a candy bar differently than one buying a months worth of groceries.
