Alan Kenneth1One agent behind the desk working during the middle of the week. All ATM's out of service. This is the best we can get in Southern Highlands? I have had Bank of America for 10+ years but the basic services at this location might push me to open accounts at Chase instead. Take a look at the other reviews with similar comments. Disappointing.

B Jaeger-Stanley5*We made an appointment, so this review is about the quality of service from an associate.* We needed to send a wire for our new condo purchase. Peter Dela Pena provided the most professional, pleasant, and confidence building service. Our short time with him was the best part of our entire home buying experience. His attention to his appearance with an extremely dapper suit was a bonus! Thanks Peter!
Response from the ownerHello, thanks for letting us know how helpful Peter was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^michael

Jim Rhyne1Set up an appointment last week for today @ 2:30. Left the branch at 3:05 without being helped. Two other customers without appointments were helped while I was waiting. Really? When the guy finally came out to help, I told him I was leaving and he said, "wait, you don't have to leave...we're ready for you now." Sorry, but you should have been ready at my appointed time. I was planning on moving my money from a bank with poor customer service, but it seems like that is the standard.
Response from the ownerHello Jim. I'm sorry your experience with our financial center team wasn't what you expected. Kenneth KB Brown1They have 9 customers in line and only two tellers. Never have enough employees working. You have 6 windows just for window dressing. Step it up!

Susanna Oliaves2Not once have I gone into this branch and there were adequate people working the teller windows, however, there are ALWAYS lots of people sitting in the offices across the lobby staring at those of us waiting forever in line to give B of A our money. More often than not, there is only 1 teller until the line is 5-6 people deep then someone comes out from the little room behind them. Time to find another bank to do business with like Wells Fargo across the street. EDIT: Notice their response below. Seriously! Do you actually believe that I would choose to go inside the bank if I could do what I needed at the ATM?

John Patrick Reed1Today I went into this branch BOA to open an accoun but not with out testing their customer service. I recently inherited a large sum of money and house and I am not switching all my finachels over with out some investing. So asked if I could buy a box of pennies 50 rolls. I collect them and it is a regular thing buying change like that. The branch manager first said no, then she said she would make an exception because I didn't have an account then changed her mind and said NO and offered no other secvicr or solution to the issue. The one thing that stood out the most at no time at all did either of the two ladies helping me ask if I would like to open an account...???!!! So I just left I'm sure there is a bank out there that wants my business and is smart enough to earn it.

Aj Abalos5Zack is awesome.. Very professional and polite! No offense to your other BofA location/branch (which their services was way below 5 stars), but Zack and the crew at this location is making you all look bad- other locations/branches may want to take a page and learn off of Zack's 5 star everyday performance and service! Kudos to Jessica (bank manager) as well!

Frank Back2The tellers that work the windows have always been great, and that's the only reason I didn't give a 1 star.. But after an interaction with the manager there I wanted to pull all of my assets out of Bank of America and move to another bank. I didn't catch his name, but he was older with grey hair of International descent. He was extremely rude and condescending. If moving from one bank to another bank wasn't such a hassle I would have definitely closed my account that day. If I were someone opening a new account I would choose another branch as long as this guy is working there.

Dre Dre1Absolutely TERRIBLE service! This branch is ran so poorly. -Extremely Long Wait Times -When you call, they hang up in your face or constantly place you on hold. -Lack of Respect and Urgency for the Customer -Only 2 tellers working.....On the first of the month My first and last time visiting this branch. Love Bank of America but this branch needs a new Branch Manager and new staff.

Caroleena Oshields1One of the managers named Chris is a poor representation of the company, and lacks greatly in customer service skills. I waited in line for 15 minutes, and asked for more tellers to assist a line of 12 persons, and without apologizing he simply said, “I only have two tellers.” This branch is always a nightmare to deal with. Also, the tellers lack any sense of urgency when assisting customers.
