  5/5 Stars for Shaine and his employees! No matter what I needed, and who spoke with me over the phone, they always found a way to help me; financially, with an accident, questions, etc. Always friendly, efficient, and patient. Sad to be transferring to another agent due to moving to a different state. Definitely will stay with StateFarm because of my experience with the great people here.

  I have been nothing but pleased with not only my policy, but the service I've received with this group has been stellar! I had the opportunity to switch when I bought a new car, but after some research, I found that State Farm was still the best choice. Their agent, Joe Gibbs, consistently treats me with respect and clearly values my business; I feel that he is constantly looking for better rates for me! Everyone I've spoken to with this office is friendly and helpful. I couldn't have found a better policy, and i plan to stay with them fr a long time.

  Excellent customer service! Not only did he help with the essential insurance policies and questions, but he gave great financial planning advice. I went in expecting to be up-sold some additional policies that I didn't really need, but Shaine re-assured me that what I will be paying for will be more than enough coverage. I highly recommend Shaine and his team if you are looking for any type of insurance policy, because he will go above and beyond the call of duty.

  The Shaine Stevenson State Farm Agency is a top- notch agency. Shaine does more than just insure cars and homes. He has written our life insurance policies to protect our family that suits our needs, insures our trailer and boat, and offers banking services, such as checking/savings accounts and refinancing loans. It's nice to have all these services at one place with a person you can trust. His team at the office is always extremely friendly and exceptionally professional.

  Joe, Logan and Carlos are THE BEST. I've been with this State Farm office for 3 years and it is all because of them, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The customer service here is off the charts, these guys are friendly, professional and truly care about you. I've never had a problem, I've never had trouble reaching them and they continue to exceed my expectations. Thank you Joe, Logan and Carlos! You guys deserve a raise :)

  Shaine stevenson has been & continues to be a fabulous state farm insurance agent. He is friendly, reliable, professional, & very knowledgeable about his craft. I'm very happy & lucky to have him as my agent. I also want to recognize, one of shaine's employees, Kathy S. as she is very courteous & helpful whenever I call. There is a lot of truth in the saying"Like a good neighbor, State farm is there" based on my experience dealing with shaine & kathy.

  I’m giving Shane Stevenson and Josie and staff 5 stars I was with them for 2 1/2 years and always provide exceptional customer service. Josie we sure are going to miss you your exceptional outstanding customer service never went unoticed We left State Farm Only Because there was an improper investigation of my accident in December and the rude and unprofessional claims department who handled my Claim cause me to go else wear.
