      This is long overdue.. Adam Sablan is the man in Henderson. He was able to increase my credit availability, consolidate debt at a better rate, and got me an auto loan. Service is fantastic. I can call or email him anytime and he will go to work since we are all shareholders in the credit union itself. We need to be successful for the bank to be successful so it feels like we are all in it together. Modern and clean layout inside as well. 10/10. Thank you Adam! Your professionalism and friendship is appreciated.

      I love banking here, this is the perfect place to bank for a college student trying to become more financially independent. I wouldn’t listen to the lower star reviews. Every time i’ve ever come in, i have been serviced by an extremely professional, polite, and efficient employee, who have been very clear and helpful. I’m always in and out within 5 minutes. Thank you guys, i have been banking for almost ten years and appreciate everything you guys do

      I have banked with a dozen different banks and by far, Mountain America has been THE most helpful, friendly, efficient bank I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I never had accounts with them until February of 2021 when I purchased a new car and got an auto loan through them. Earlier this month (Jan 2022), I decided after frustrating encounters with my previous CU, I would go speak to a MACU rep at the new Henderson branch to open up a checking account. I was greeted by Howie (I think his name was) and it was an immediate welcome into the branch. He explained my options/types of checking accounts and ensured I understood the benefits and minimums for each. I was even able to walk out with a new debit card in hand and he even took it a notch higher and provided me with an example of a direct deposit to make switching things over easier - I didn't even ask him to do this! This was a nice touch! I received a hand-written note from Howie as well which was an even nicer, more personal touch and for me, makes me feel even more valued. So far, I am impressed with every level of customer service from Mountain America and I think I found a new, permanent bank to stay with. I look forward to utilizing more of their services in the future. If y'all ever decide to dabble in the student loan arena, I would definitely take advantage! Keep up the great work!

      Why is their ATM able to swallow my card and not return it in the middle of making a cash deposit? And also have the audacity to not have Saturday hours? I'm absolutely livid.

However, the branch should be able to help answer your questions.       Jason helped me set up an account for the first time with Mountain America today and I had the single best experience that I’ve ever had at a bank! He was helpful, kind, and respectful. It’s not very often that I meet someone who is respectful enough to acknowledge and use my pronouns (they/he) correctly - but Jason did just that! It’s clear to me that this is a very inclusive environment and I hope that all associates strive to be as respectful and knowledgeable as Jason. Not only that, but he is very good at what he does and works hard to make the client happy. I definitely made the right choice!

      Love them! Love when I go into the lobby to get help but the wait time in the drive through is horrendous! I waited 15 minutes before anyone even talked to me all to just deposit some cash. Next time I’ll just go to the atm.

      Been a member of MACU for nearly 20 years (signed up in Utah). The Utah branches are amazing (5 star). The Vegas branches are awful. I was so excited when they opened the Henderson location because the other location is a ridiculous drive. Everytime I come through the drive thru to deposit cash, I sit and wait FOREVER. 2x I have actually called their phone to tell them I am in the drive through to deposit cash. I have multiple car loans and personal loans through MACU but am seriously considering switching if they can't get it together, weekly deposits shouldn't take 20 plus minutes (especially when there is no one in line)! Sitting here now at 10am on a Wednesday and I have been here 12 minutes. Only one in line.

      Everything about this location is great, aside from the fact it's not open on Saturdays like its counter part on the other side of town. If one location can be open on Saturdays to help their customers, why can't this location? For that reason, 4 stars and not 5.

      I am disappointed in you guys. I have been a member of your credit union for over 20 years and through several moves to states that didn't even have a branch. And now because of a screw up by YOUR computer, I will finally have to take all my business somewhere else. When I tried to resolve it in person you kept me waiting in the lobby for the bank manager for over an hour, and then she never even met with me.
