  I don’t go into the branch often but when I do I have the best experience. I want to thank Alexia for being so kind and helpful to me. She greeted me with a beautiful smile and actually listened to my needs. Thank you so much.

  Horrible service Didn't catch her name, she was a big black women that doesn't belong in customer service. Women across the was was happy and friendly but not this one. Frustrating that I was told what I needed to bring to open a kids saving account well 5 kids and the look on her face like now I have to work. Bring birth certificate, kid and the school IDs, now were going to a big bank to do the same

  I’m soooooo happy I finally took the leap to join the One Nevada family. I walked in this branch 20 minutes to closing with no idea which account would be beneficial for me but by the time I left I was smiling ear to with a newly opened account ready to start accruing all my cashback rewards. Thank you to the 3 lovely angels I met today keep that amazing energy y’all have and stay awesome !

  Great branch with helpful staff! The branch is nice and has a great location for me. The staff are very helpful and professional. I appreciate that One NV has made efforts to improve their ATM service. When there are issues the staff are quick to help and try to resolve. Member forever!

  The fact that this credit union discriminates against people with “limited term” fully legal identification is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and take your money and loan needs to an actual bank.

  Kathy is always very nice. I was a member previously and went to open a new account today. She made the process very simple. I was in and out within 15 minutes. One Nevada is the best credit union in Nevada, so the longer waits are worth it. I recommend seeing Kathy or Julie for anything you need help with.

  Do not bank with this credit union unless you want to be treated poorly. They are rude and do not know what customer service means. They are unprofessional and do not know what kind of services they offer. My husband and I went in to open a shared secured loan and they looked at us like we had two heads, she went to ask her branch manager and came back saying ok, we do those kinds of loans, we next asked for 5 year term and she said we don't do that, we told her we had spoken to someone on the phone and they had said they do 5 year terms. She asks us how much we were wanting to do and she says, we don't do an amount that large, we just looked at her like she had no knowledge at all. She kept going back and forth to her manager but not once did the manager come out to meet us or explain anything to us. We ended up leaving and taking our money somewhere else.

  This place is terribly staffed. Very rude, very unhelpful. Can't pay the credit payment unless the payment is $40 or more (if I use a debit card) and can't pay with cash because their machines are always broken and under maintenance. Can't write a check because that needs to be sent out. Employees are very unhelpful the bank sucks having one of their credit cards does not positively affect my credit unless I have a balance (ie if I have a balance of $20 it'll boost my credit but if next month I have $10 on the credit card it drops my score because it views it as me losing $10) don't waste your time. Find a bank that values your business or at least is polite and helpful.

  Do yourself a favor and deal with the 1800 number people instead this branch took over two hours to do a car loan! Don't give you the correct information. Staff is slow to respond to emails, and don't answer phone calls. If i could give them a 0 i would.

  Did a great job with my car refinance but the atms are always broken. Literally tried both atms 3xs to deposit money it wouldnt take it, even tried putting in 1 bill at a time. Went to chase and their atm accepted it with no issue.
