  They hound you and ding your credit on payments you have made! They can't even keep track of loans payments and actual loan balances! What a joke of a company! Don't borrow from them, unless like me, you absolutely have to!! hen make sure you keep records of payments and amounts payed because they sure can't and don't!!!!! I would give them ZERO STARS but then I can't post........

  Awesome company never had any problems..theyre not like most banks they actually want to help you keep your car they worked with me on getting my payment in when i was behind. Customer service is great for me i never have to wait on hold that long and the people are ver nice ive never had a problem with them

  I received a call that my payment was late on Thursday. I explain I'm preparing for my brother's funeral and will take care of it when I get back. I received another call on Saturday while on my way to the cemetery and leaving threatening message. I have lost all respect for them.

  Easliy the worst company I have ever used. They never know any answers, I’ve been trying to get a refund for a month now. In the year and a half I had them for my auto loan their website worked 1 time and it double charged me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANYONE ELSE.

  Let me tell you how stupid Gloria is... She barked at me so I hung up in her face! I called back to speak to someone else and she took over the call and started barking again! So I put my dog on the phone and made him bark back at her. When I took the phone back this idiot was still arguing! I had to just hang up in her face again! I’m pretty sure you don’t need a high school diploma to work there! All of this because I didn’t want to send them a copy of my credit card!

  20 calls between October 2 and October 10. They call you from so many numbers, you don't even know who's calling you anymore. Yeeeeeeeah. Find a different company to finance with. Almost everyone there is rude, they don't understand their own loan terms and they act like they are the only ones who know how money works. At this point, just because it falls on deaf ears, I don't take the time to talk to them. To make everything worse, they made it HARDER to pay your bill, not easier.

  Told me that they would help me with a deferred payment several times on the phone if I would make a payment, because like everyone else in the world I've been effected by the pandemic, so the long and short of it, they lied no deferred payment and called the very day I made a payment to ask when I would be making another...

  Worst company EVER. I've had an issue with reps putting notes on my account they they informed me of something and they really didn't. They don't get back to me when they say they will just plain BAD. Every time I absolutely have to call I make sure to take a couple deep breaths before these lying reps pick up. DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Wish I can change it.

  They are rude. Was put on Hold 3 times in a row and instantly hung up on. They got me stuck at a 25% Apr and don't even report it to the company that banks and that look at... Told me they were not allowed to send to experian ... This is some bullshit... Sat on the phone for 30... Trying to get them to email my paperwork on my payments... Still isn't in my email.
