  Shelley helped my mom with her loan and made it to where she could afford to live on her retirement income. She was very caring and understanding of her needs. She helped explain things to her over and over again to comfort and reassure her of any doubts she may have had. My mom was so worried of the stress it was going to cause her and could not believe how smoothly it all went.
