  Terrible location to do your stuff. They let you schedule appointments, or stay in the line for 40 min. And only after you wasted an hour or more of your time they’ll tell you that the person with whom you have confirmed meeting never showed up in the office today.

  When I arrived @1245 there was a line of 7 people with only one cashier. I ask that an additional person be placed on duty, however I was told she was at lunch. I was unable to complete my business due to the wait. Please stop wasting resources with someone only able to greet. Hire more workers!

  I am looking for a house loan and I met with Mr. Brian Morrison he is a very competent officer he has the best knowledge about all the aspects of the loan process. He guided me very well and I strongly recommend that if you any home loans you need please definitely look for Mr. Brian Morrison as he has the best knowledge and ability to guide you.

  They can't grasp the concept of proper staffing during their peek times. Google does an awesome job of letting patrons know when it's busy at their facility. One would think the manager would take the initiative and check Google out and add extra staff during the busy times. But apparently not. And so here I write my review as I wait my turn.

  i went into the bank yesterday to pay myself from my small business account. My business partner had already taken her portion so I knew that the bank probably wanted to see me in person before processing my withdrawal. As I went up to the teller and made my request for my withdrawal he turned up his nose and walked to the back. After waiting for 5 minutes I was approached by a man named Oscar. At first he seemed to be making friendly conversation since I had been waiting for so long but he then proceeded to ask me uncomfortable information about my business. He wanted to know when I started, how I started, what kind of business I had and other seemingly harmless questions. However, it started getting uncomfortable when he asked me where did I get my leads from. I politely explained to him a reliable online source because it was none of his business. He then said "oh okay so you're making sure it's not a scam" in front of the whole bank. I was humiliated to say the least! I had on my swim attire and I knew I didn't look the part but was it because I was black! I'm no sure as to why I was corned and made to look like a fool in front of strangers at the branch. But I'm certain that if i were a different demographic he wouldn't have been as absurd and asking such unprofessional questions.

  Excellent service and very professional greeting when I walked in the door. Within minutes i was taken care of and they advised on a follow up next week to resolve my issues and concerns. I only wished other Banks had this this quick and warm personal service. I would give them 6 stars if it were available.

  Worst branch ever. Can’t even assist their customers. Ask us to do everything. I asked their associate to check if any other branch has any open slot for an appointment. Directly told me to check myself.

  Teller lines might be long, but you can go straight to the ATM to do your deposit and NO lines! Staff is friendly and helpful, Ive banked with them for years. No complaints here!

  I was pleasantly surprised with the wait times and service I received at this branch. I talked with Enrique Salazar who made opening/closing accounts and changing my name really easy. He was super helpful and friendly.

  This branch has consistently had horrible wait times. The drive through here would be an ideal place to pull into while waiting for margaritas from the nearby restaurant to wear off. Drink up, it's gonna be a while.
