  Assalamalikkum, I would like to share my very pleasant experience with UIF for a property (house) deal in cedar park Texas. Brother Mr. Abdullah Alsaafin was very productive and supportive in my deal. With Allah's blessing and fabulous support of Abdullah, all the paper works for closing and the closing process were effortless and smooth going. We signed the closing documents for the house last day in Cedar Park , TX. I wanted to thank Mr. Abdullah and UIF for their professional work and efforts to make my dream to buy a house to come true, as i had no prior knowledge on the process and terminologies when it comes to buying a property. Talking to Abdullah really helped me to understand important part of real estate when it comes to buyer side of it. Thank you again. UIF is the best !!!

  Alhamdulillah, I had a great experience financing my home through UIF. My loan officer Rep. Ammar Khan (Central Texas) really went above and beyond to make sure I got the best rates, discounts, credits towards closing etc. He was very responsive to a worrywart and first-time buyer like me. Alhamdulillah the entire process went as smoothly as one can ask for with little hiccups here and there. I had doubts that my application would be rejected etc. but Ammar constantly reassured me and took me through everything, even though I felt like I was bugging him at times. JazakAllah and thank you Ammar and the UIF team working behind the scenes, y’all are amazing.

  Recently closed a house and Alhamdulilah it was easy and quick process. Br Abdur Rehman and Sister Wesam are knowledgeable and providied guidance throughout the process.   I have a had a good experience refinancing with UIF. Ahmad Marouf helped me throughout the process and he was very helpful and responsive. My questions were all answered and I got to even engage with the titling company to verify all of the information. UIF is transparent and they make sure your needs are fulfilled.

  I just refinanced on my house with UIF and I have to say I am very impressed with the level of customer service I received. From the first call to the last, I dealt with one incredibly reliable professional, Zahid Shiwani, who was very informative and responsive. Zahid did an amazing job representing the company and because of his personalized service, I would most definitely refer UIF services to my friends and family. I was given honest and straight forward timelines of when to expect what, and my closing was such a smooth and painless experience. I think Zahid should be recognized my management for bonuses and / or promotions as employees like him are what any company needs to succeed. Great job UIF and Zahid! Thanks again for everything!

  Alhamdulillah! Im glad I chose UIF for financing our first home . Our loan officer was Ammar Khan and he was very helpful throughout the whole process . He ran over all the forms and procedures with us in detail making our first home buying experience as plesent as possible.
