I don't get the feeling, from our personal experience that the personal banker we visited with, is very experienced. Leaves you with an unsettled feeling especially when trying to set up an account with my college-bound granddaughter to teach her about financial responsibility using a checking or debit account. Not a very good or encouraging advisor.

Nathan was super nice! He sat there for over an hour past the time we were promised and help us set up everything perfectly! 10/10 recommend Nathan Bermudez

It’s pretty outrageous how slow the customer service is in person even with an appointment being made. There’s a point where you need to be strict on the time and address to other customers who’ve been waiting for their appropriate appointment time. I waited an additional 20/30 minutes past my appointment time and I still can see the banker was in talk with his current customer who’ve probably been there for the previous half hour. This is the 4th time that’s happened to me at this branch, it’s ridiculous. Don’t come here in person to have something worked with your account, go to another branch for your time’s sake.

There is a reason why this branch has bad reviews. My dad and I came in to get something notarized without an appointment to see if we could get it done. When we arrived we weren’t even acknowledged and waited for 35 minutes until my dad went up and asked for help. We were also the only people waiting and clearly visible. Someone finally helped and then told us that the next available notary appointment is 2 hours away. Needing an appointment for notary isn’t an issue and I get that. Not even asking what we needed to begin with so they could’ve saved us time instead of waiting so long just to be told they weren’t available? Pretty abysmal service.

Called several times to ask about refinancing a vehicle and it rings and hangs up. Will not be going to this branch to do any business

So I arrived at the bank at 1:45 pm on a Saturday to update an Item on my account. The branch closes at 2 pm. The relationship banker (Judy) offered her standard greeting and then said she would be unable to help me with my request because the updates would take somewhat longer than 15 minutes. Really? I have been a long time customer of this branch and never had any complaints until now. This is not the customer service I was expecting. If I arrive at a reasonable time before closing, I expect to be served, even if the banker will be inconvenienced by having to stay a few more minutes after closing. The difference between a good bank and an exceptional bank is how they treat the customers.

I have had a great experience every time I went to this branch. They have always been helpful and courteous. I know no one is perfect and so not every transaction is, so I keep that in mind when I bank here, but the employees at this branch are really close.

The Drive-Up (a.k.a. Consumer Lane) was empty. Drove up, had 3 separate transactions completed without errors on either side, and I was on my way in three minutes or less.

Too bad there is not a zero star rating!! If you are caring for an aging relative and use this branch you better have all your documents handy to show you have the right to do so, even then you risk having the state authorities called on you.. The more complex the situation, the more documentation you better have. Even at that you will most likely get referred to corporate for another round of repeating your situation and credentials. Chase as a whole pays a pittance in interest and online bank rates are much better. If a brick and mortar bank is not needed at times, I would not suggest using this bank nor this branch. Have had nothing but headache from this branch and will close all business with Chase shortly.
