      I have been with the bank since legacy was there. I started having problems when prosperity took over. My account got hacked twice with me knowing and not even a phone call. My last two checks can’t be put into my account with me calling Customer service and them saying “they will be in your account by midnight tonight” two days later ...never happened I am very unhappy with my experience with this bank.

      Service has fallen through the floor since merger. I got no notice that our cards would change or be canceled. I got no card in mail. Then requested one and still got no card in mail. Requested again then got one. Opened business account and got no card in mail... sit on hold for 1 hour at a time just to get call dropped and no return call. Stone age banking at its finest.

      I had my accounts since the old Community Credit Union days. Never had any problems until Prosperity took over. Wait times at the drive through are long, but I got use to that. What finally made me change banks was when I tried to deposit a small $50 check that also included my husband's name, who banks at BOA. I had to drive home to get him (with his drivers) license, which I was inconvenient, but I did it. What made me switch banks was when they required him to put an inked thumb print on the check. All of my accounts vastly covered the $50, so I have moved everything to BOA. What an insult. Doubt this bank will remain open very long.

      Not impressed with the merger. Had an issue with the old card from Legacy not getting a refund. Called and was hung up on several times. I waited over 2 hours on hold with Customer Service. Gave up and drove over to the branch and was told everything should be fine but delayed with the merger. So I waited... A week later, no refund. Contacted the vendor and they said issue was on our end. Called the bank. Hung up on again. Called Customer Service. On hold again. Now waiting another 7-90 days for them to dispute the transaction.

      After merger to Prosperity bank, my bank cards got lost in the mail. Verified address and apparently had some PO box address that i don't even own. Now, getting $15 fees on both savings and checking account for undeliverable mail, when the other account holder GETS everything else through the mail. Why would they charge this to the customer? I've already verified my address with them tons of times. Wait times for customer service are up to 45 minutes of hold time.

      I was very surprised to see any negative comments in these reviews for LegacyTexas bank in Wylie. Every time I've been through the drive-thru and lobby, the average wait time was less than 3 minutes and customer service was very courteous and friendly. Of course, if you go to the bank on extremely busy days you'll have a longer wait time but that will be the case at ANY location. I have been a customer at this LegacyTexas for several years and have NEVER had any issues.

      Terrible, terrible, terrible drive through service. I went to the drive drive closes to the bank..I was ignored approx 7min, as the teller kept her head down. This is normal for this location in Wylie. Going inside is worse. On avg, takes about 8min per person inside the bank, and just as long outside. At first it was a transition phase when they went from one extreme to another..eg credit union to bank, but this has gone on long enough. I've addressed it to management, to no avail. They are just as confused. This location has always been an issue. I've gone to others, and service is polite and fast. With a smile.

      Called at 12.29 p.m. on Saturday received a closed for the day recording. According to there hrs of operation they should be available til 1p.m.on Saturday disappointing ☹️
