Brittany Sikes1Don’t bother making an appointment here. You’ll show up for it only to have them inform you the person you made an appointment with is out for the week. I even called to confirm beforehand, with no answer of course

CiCi Whitwer1They told me to open an account online, it’s easy they said. I did, they took my check for $600.00 then closed it the next day putting a hold on my check for nine days. Not sure if I will get it back but I needed my money. They robbed me! Be careful with this bank Btw, they gave me no excuse for closing the account. I have an account with another bank I’ve had for years.

Chichi Onyeka1If you want security in your account do not come here. Very terrible service. The cashier does not know how to do job. I deposited a huge amount of money and I was short 100 dollars. Please do not even use this bank. My sister has been scammed twice with her Bank of America debit card. I am changing banks and I am never coming here again.

Son Ho1Made a deposit at the atm and the transaction failed and kept the money. File claim and stated they not able to refund back as they didnt found extra cash when they audit. This atm have so much issue as not reading money or keeping the money. Have to reopen claim as hard working money that is taken up without action done.

Tony Redpath1How is it possible to open an account for a high schooler when your hours are 9am to 4pm and the kids are in school at those times? Saturday is not an option for us! Also, no one will pick up the phone to answer questions.

Alex1There is always a line and only one person working. Then you see two or three others sitting in their office helping nobody. Instead of opening another teller they rather sit in their office. Way to slow. I wish I didn’t have to visit the bank. I guess that’s why they are closing so many of them. The Sachse location closed. So I have no choice.

Sujan Rimal1Closed my old account and opened a new one. They were suppose to send me check from previous account and they sent it to wrong address, how can you make mistake when I am there physically and gave you address. Now I have to wait for 120 days for check to return. Mistake like this in times like this. Obnoxious

*Sandy* D1This is the slowest bank ever! I had to leave and come back even though I was next in line. The line was to the door, only one teller was working and the branch “manager “ Brenda was content with the long line and frustrated guest and she just walked about trying to get people to use the dang self service thing like DUH if we came inside we wanted to be helped by a real person face to face. But I guess that’s the customer service we are given these days! Good thing this is a company account and I don’t bank here! On the upside Lori is a sweetheart....

ALESHA VESELY1I recently went to this bank to use the ATM. At the ATM I attempted to get cash. I went through the process to withdraw $1000.00. No money was dispensed. After going into the bank they gave me a number and said it was not company owned so I needed to file a claim. This claim was denied with no course of resolve. I have been a B of A client for 10+ years.
