Sarah Collins1I spent 1hr and a half just to pull out money. There's a line outside and inside on top of that only 1 teller that likes to tell a story to everyone she attends?? It did smell a bit off and warm in there. This location seriously needs help just by reviews and customer service sad to say that they need HELP and possibly more employees!!!!

M Drummer2Bank institutions have to work efficiently. This particular branch seems to have plenty of people working at all times but only one person knows how to be a teller? Cross train your employees. You have a woman that walks with a tablet back and forth, how about helping reduce the lines? Oyuki says that you must have an account and have your card or provide social security number to get change; ones and fives. In all my years of having to go to any bank and get change this got to be the first time I had to to that. Needless to say I'll think twice before visiting this branch.

Millicent Fila1ALWAYS a line of people and 1 maybe 2 tellers working with a slew of others in management walking around the bank making desperate attempts to look busy. I don't know what they teach in B of A's management program but if your customers are not being serviced then what is the point of giving them business? The supervisors or managers or any other staff member who has been trained to work the window should feel inclined to jump in and help - but they don't. They just walk around and try to appear busy. Not good. And they know this.

Christopher Lewis1This is the worst financial center I’ve ever been to in my life, there were two tellers in the facility while there was at least 15 people waiting in line on a Friday, the tellers took forever and didn’t speak proper english, they were rude and made a bonehead mistake with my deposit. It seems like they’re hiring anybody with a pulse in this center on Craig & Clayton. The manager Crystal Jackson didn’t show any managerial skills on how to alleviate the situation either, the staff is horrible and incompetent, I’m glad I don’t use Bank of America as my primary source, they’re just as bad as Wells Fargo. This branch is giving BOFA a bad name, they need to hire a new staff from manager on down. It’s mind boggling that these employees can’t handle simple tasks, I would never recommend anyone to enter this branch!!! I GIVE THIS BRANCH A NEGATIVE 3 STARS!

Chris Hernandez1Wish I could give them negative stars. The only reason for my visit was to cash a "Bank of America" check. It takes 3 days to clear in my account so I decided to get the funds faster. Teller says, "$8 dollar fee sir" what?!! see this would normally be ok! However they elect "Who" gets hit with the fee. I emphasize the "Who" because a pretty young lady got her fee waived, and I know she banks elsewhere, how do I know this? Because that pretty young woman is my wife. Shame on that manager. Oh and may I mention the manager is a man. If I was a pretty young woman I could probably cash any check without a fee here. Thanks Bank of America. Team excellence. Not!

Aaron Valentine1My Elderly Mother is at door at 4:01Pm and they won't let her In. -15 is Their Rating. Corona Does Not Care The Time So Why Close At 4? B of A is a Disgrace, Maybe Soros Controls Them. They treat u like a criminal when u want your own money back....Long Lines, Charges for an account...Every Location in this Great Country!@ I stick to My Local Credit Union!!

n1If I could give a zero rating, I would. Tellers are lazy, slow, and I walk in feeling like I'm in Tijuana. Is this a Spanish speaking only bank??? They need to learn customer service or go work making fries instead so they don't have to interact with people. Wait times are stupid long because of the non-chalant attitude here. BofA, start hiring competent people. Teller didn't even understand me when I had to repeat the spelling of my last name. Don't do business here til they hire people that really want to work for their money.
