I don't know why the reviews are so bad because I enjoy living here. I've lived her in 2014 and now again 2017-2018 . Never had bug or roach. Maintenance is always on time yes the walls are thin but that's not an issue for me. I have nice neighbors and a nice apt. Never had any serious problems .I don't think it's luxury but it's great and my rent is affordable for this area!

      Response from the owner

Jazmyne, Thank you for the review. We are glad to hear that you are enjoying living here. Please let us know how we can turn those three stars into five. MG Properties

I'm living in this complex since more than a year and as of now, I dealt with management and maintenance and I could testify than everyone has been responsive and professional. I was a little afraid of the 41 pages lease but at the end, if you are respecting the rules and pay your rent on time, everything will be just fine!

      Response from the owner

Thank you so much for taking the time to post a positive review and offering some valuable feedback. If there's anything further we can do for you, we are happy to help!

I'm not sure if Sedona can really refer to themselves as 'luxury' apartments. As others have said residents blast their music at all hours, the dog waste bins are never emptied & there are never any bags, and there's currently no coffee in the 'business' center. The staff is friendly enough but there's a large sense of apathy from the office. The maintenance guys are really nice and Alma is especially great, but I always feel weird going into the office. The application process turned into a bit of a nightmare and I sort of wish I had trusted my gut, cancelled the application and gone elsewhere. The apartment itself is a nice size and was clean, but did have some problems that should have been fixed beforehand. A cabinet that won't close, missing slats from the vertical blinds, the crappiest screen door, & a fridge that froze everything (though that's been taken care of). I'm really hoping that it will get better with time.

Wouldn’t recommend these apartments, guy below me started screaming and cursing from his unit then called the office to complain because of loud noise maintenance made to repair my living room floor at 12pm. Also noticed someone keyed the driver side of my car around building 10.

Where do I begin... At the beginning of our lease they wanted us to do a review based on our experience. My husband was like how are we going to write a review based on our two days experience? So throughout our stay we kept receiving surveys about our experience but I ignore them so we can share our whole experience. In the beginning wasn’t bad I had a little request from maintenance here and there.. In the middle of my stay, we would get threatening letter at our door from the night time security about kids throwing rocks and we would pay extra if it will not stop(mind you I only have an infant). The at the end of our stay our neighbor gets shot, metro at night with their k9 dogs and couple weeks later metro there again. Then when it came Down to renewing our lease we declined because the price increased by approximately 100-150 bucks around 1355 for a small 3 bedroom(we had upgraded appliances) or around 2200 month to month 👀. We only been there one year. Lastly, the manager wanted a pre walk through while I had boxes throughout my house. She says “we do this because we want to check if there are holes in the walls something major to fix so we can pre order whatever needs to be done but I see you only need some paint which is only going to be $85.00 so don’t clean because we charge every resident that.” I thought that was ridiculous and weird and inconvenient because normally managers come at the end of your lease. Not only that they said it was mandatory and they can come in as they please if were not available. So we stop our schedule call out of work to make sure we were home because we did not give them permission to enter when we are not home. So before the last day I went down to the office inquiring about when I will receive my deposit because I will be going on vacation and they told me to call a lady Ann till this day I do not know the property manager name only recognize her face but if that’s her name then alright. So I called the lady on a Tuesday instead of Monday because I has so many things on my hands.. A lady name Ann was very vague and was like we have professionals to estimate the cost etc etc( im not thinking the worst because I know how I left my apartment). So I officially moved out my home and the manager sends me a bunch of charges. Such as $150 for paint $85.00 for cleaning $2.00 for a blind (like really all my blinds worked) $50 for carpet cleaning( that carpet is like very new and looked the same as when we first moved in )etc etc mind you my deposit was around $600 compare to $250 so if they charge you 85 plus 150 , just be aware your not getting anything back. Now my mistake was when I didn’t do another walk through my home with the manager like my relatives has mention because I thought it wasn’t a big deal so I video the whole house. Now I told my husband I wanted to call her because she flat out lied to my face but he said no because they will not give us our money back because places like that dont and it will be a lot of going back and forth. So I’m writing on here because the moment I was ready to state my opinion on the survey they sent me.. But guess what they closed it after she emailed me 5:45pm 15 minutes prior to their business office closed. Now I understand when people come on here and write about their experiences because people are crooked. Also to the managers I know you are reading this and please save your automated response” please call us or etc etc.. I’m not because my husband dont want problems. This review is for the public and people to know what kind of people you are! Never again lesson learn... I played myself should have done that last walk through smfh.

Lived here 2 years was great at first then tolerable at the 1 year mark. Then it went down hill to many problems to list them all, but the worst one was management asking for information about who is throwing rocks and causing damage then telling everybody who gave them information. Only reason I did because my cars were among the property damaged on more then one occasion. Moved to a less then ideal place but will be better then out of control children and pot smoking parents who refuse to take care if their kids.

      Response from the owner

This place is infested with roaches but charge every month for pest control. If you come out at night roaches will chase you. And people here do not clean up after their dogs

After looking at this place you can probably find something better for the price they are charging. The office smells and maybe one of the ladies are polite. The entire staff could work on being more professional like acknowledging someone when they walk into the main office. The people that drive in and out of the community are reckless and rude. The list goes on and I wouldn't recommend for plenty of reasons.

      Response from the owner

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear of your opinion of us as we take great pride in providing our residents with peace of mind knowing we will do everything in our power to ensure their satisfaction. I lived there for one year and couldn't wait to get out. As if the cockroaches and paper-thin walls weren't bad enough, my car was broken into three times in the parking lot, and it was hit once while parked. At least once a week they would slap a tow warning on my car as an abandoned vehicle. Of course, I drove it, it was registered, insured, and tagged properly. The worst, though, I was leaving for work one morning and saw where someone had removed the screen on my two daughters' room and tried top jimmy the lock--while they were sleeping! All this in a "gated" and "security guarded" apartment. After I fulfilled the lease and returned keys, I gave them a forwarding address. I never received my deposit or their reasons for keeping it.
