  I always like American First..You need to listen to your customers and buy new ATM for your banks.. It's terrible and dangerous! Now I'm calling to pay on my bill early and it's going to take two hours for someone to call me back! To give you money!!! You really need to speak to who's over operations department. Yoi always been so personal and kind, I hope it hasn't changed....

  It's a good credit union they are good in there customer service, but the wait times do need improvement , because you have to wait a long time in line inside the branch

  Very shady. I paid off my car loan early and they are refusing to issue me a refund for the unused portion of the GAP insurance. I wouldn't recommend anyone consider America First Credit Union for any purpose. There are far to many financial institutions that treat the consumer in a respectful manner.

  I had a wonderful, fast and pleasant first visit at this branch. I have had multiple issues with the call center regarding making a payment more than the minimum on my account using a different bank debit card. Every time I called they would tell me I'm "not allowed to make more than $50 more than my minimum payment" which is totally illegal btw. Anywho, each time the teller would assure me a debit card or new pin number was on the way. Never received them or if we did, it was 3 weeks later. So I decided to go into the branch to set up a pin number as advised by the last supervisor I spoke with at the call center. Javi was very understanding and polite. The best part was that he was very fast and efficient with cross selling but trying to OVER sell me. I was a total of 4 minutes in the branch and had my account unlocked and a new pin issued and a full understanding of how to set up my online access. I will also set up direct deposit to avoid the service fee over the phone. Thank you Javi!! He set a great example of what a model employee should be for the company!

  I had some fraud on my account over the weekend and Estela Moreno was so helpful. A big thanks to her. I absolutely love banking with AFC. Best bank I have ever had.

  This bank wasted a whole month of my time and I still didn't get my loan, even with a 755 credit score, they told me I needed such documents and then I provided them and they proceeded to say I needed more and I provided them, it was back and fourth from two weeks. What takes a a day or two took me a month. Now I'll be closing all accounts with this bank. Staff was complete trash, besides Michelle. She was friendly and deserved a raise.

  I prefer Credit Unions over banks any day. No extra surprising fees like banks charge you. The tellers are always very nice and polite unlike the receptionist that is there when you walk in she has a bit of an attitude but over all great place to bank.

  I absolutely love this bank! I have my auto loan and checking with them for the last 3 years have never had any kind of bad encounter until today I was lost for words on how my father was treated at this branch! Due to large amount of lay offs my dad was one affected by this and he has had a hard time cashing his check so I deposited it in my account the nice lady who I believe is the branch manager called and explained to me that we needed to come I’m and just fix one thing on the back of the check before it would go through so we went down there today and she directed me to the teller by the name “Barbie” this teller was not in the best mood which is understandable we all have bad days but I wanted to know if we could add my dad on my account which she explained that we needed to do a credit check I told her that’s okay maybe another time I then asked so I can’t just come in next time and do this process with the check to verify and she says “no he needs to have an account with us next time” at this point you could really tell that she didn’t want to have any kind of conversation by the tone of that answer which is fine until my dad apologized to her because it kind of seemed like an inconvenience that she had to help us and her response was “mmmm” instead of just saying no problem or anything just a “mmm” to which I did not appreciate at all we finished up and both told her “have a nice day” which at that point got no response but we also said goodbye to the polite lady who called me that morning and she was very nice

  I have used America First Credit Union over 8 years. I go inside and they know me by my name. I feel like a VIP. Lots of love! Professional, caring and efficient. Love them!
