  I've never ever seen any worse business establishment than this bank. I feel like we are in teller training, and this comes from a merchant teller that used to work for Bank Of America years ago. They don't know how to manage the line and takes them forever to make a simple transaction.

  Forgot my folding chair and tablet....my fault... should have remembered what bank I was going in to.....stood in line for an hour....I felt time stop and then I stepped into the black hole which was bank of America customer service.....it's there but is it really there?....all good questions that only the universe has the answers....I guess an apology can make my time wasted worth something.....thanks bank of America for always helping me expand my way of thinking....

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HUGE WASTE OF TIME BEEN HERE OVER AN HOUR WITH 1 WINDOW OPEN AND A MANAGER TRYING TO GET EVERYONE TO USE THE OUTSIDE TELLER. OPEN ANOTHER WINDOW UP AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

  Trying to give them the benefit of my doubt I have waited a year before reviewing the Bank of America at Camino El Norte in North Las Vegas, NV. The customer service given at this branch is far below an acceptable norm. There is always a line for teller transactions. Normally only one window open while you can see 4-7 employees in the bank. Our time is important also people. Get your act together or close-up shop!

  Would give them ZERO stars if possible. I had a check made out from a law office who banks with Bank of America and I went to two BofA this was one of them and the worker with fair skin and dark hair would not cash it. She had an attitude as well.

  2 tellers on a Friday and closed on the weekends. Unbelievable. What kind of bank is closed on Saturday? Get it together. Edit. 45 minutes in line, 18 people waiting and one of the tellers decides to take a break. Unreal

  I called about 10 times in one day about something urgent and they never picked up once. I ended up having to go to the bank in person where I found a bunch of employees working but apparently none of them are capable of answering the phone.
