  Rosie was spectacular!! She was very courteous, helpful and informative. She also very patiently explained the home and auto policies, so that I could understand and compare. I appreciated the savings with State Farm!

  So I called about a week ago because I recently purchased a new 2015 Nissan Altima. I needed full coverage since im only 20 I’ve been receiving really high quotes and i didn’t like the fact that they didn’t explain my coverages well. Ramon M. helped me out so much understanding the different types of coverages that I didn’t even know existed but I do now! thanks bud :)

  Never had a problem with this office until they forgot to put my husband on hold.. He over heard the manager calling him "stupid" because he was trying to make a partial payment. "Maria" next time make sure you put your phone on "hold" before you make rude remarks about people. We called customer service and problem was resolved within minutes. Thank you customer service! Will be changing offices.

  Hi Amber, Thank you for your feedback. I can assure you Maria did not call your husband stupid. We've been having system issues lately since State Farm is modernizing our software. There are bugs that are yet to be fixed. Maria was referring to the new payment system as stupid since it was showing one thing and it was not reflecting on your husband's insurance policy.   I recently got my vehicle loan with State Farm. They were super helpful got me pre-qualified before I went looking for a new truck and then once I found the truck Robin helped me get my loan papers completed. It was the easiest process I have ever had applying for a loan.

  Purchased a new vehicle, so ended up shopping pricing insurance. Had been overpaying substantially with Travelers. Tried Geico; thier price was slightly lower, but they had trouble in underwriting. Geico wanted to mail me paper documents to be manually filled out. The process would have taken several weeks. I waked into Jade Yap's office and met Ramon. I had forgotten how valuable it is to have a local agent that you can call or visit. 20 minutes later I walked out with a policy. They have been a pleasure to work with.
