I deposited a very large check with a teller on 2/22, used my debit card for the account I wanted it deposited to and somehow the teller still screwed it up and deposited it into my other account I keep for my dad's funds. Now I get to go back to the bank and ask them to move the funds to the correct account once the check clears. How fun!!! 😡

This is a bank branch, right? Inside, it looks more like an unstaffed financial services office. There is a teller, but hidden behind a wall where you can't see them when you walk in. But that's just the start. Customer service, if that's what you want to call it, is appallingly bad. I arrived on time for an appointment and waited for 45 minutes only to be told they couldn't help me. When you call, you get a message telling you everyone is busy, but you can't leave a message. Their online appointment system is booked for weeks out. Must be because no one seems to work there. I'm a long-time customer with Bank of America and am seriously reconsidering my relationship with them because of my experiences at this branch.

Can a business actually remove a review? Mine’s gone. The one (1) staff member in the whole place was the teller, and she was friendly and efficient. But, warning you—this place is not customer friendly. No signage, no humans…Go see it just for the culture shock.

      Response from the owner

The hours keep changing and the bank has been closed everyday this week since Tuesday. When I checked online on Tuesday the hours stated it would be open Wednesday, Wednesday morning the bank was closed and the hours showed it would be open Thursday. Thursday the hours showed the bank would be closed until Saturday. Friday morning the hours had been changed and the Bank is scheduled to be open Monday morning. It really makes you question what is going on at a Bank the can't even be up front about when it will be open, maybe everyone is stuck at home fighting the pandemic. The staff has been good the few times I've actually been able to enter the building.

      Response from the owner

Super helpful staff. I didn’t even have an account there, and they helped me cash a large check with no issues. The inside is also brand spanking new and super nice.

      Response from the owner
