  Our family was in the market for a new home for the first time in 17 years when we relocated to northern Colorado.   We had the support of Jamie at Guild Mortgage for over a year as our home was being built. Over a year!! Jamie and her team were in touch with us weekly, keeping an eye out on increasing interest rates and presented the option of enrolling in an extended rate lock program. We took advantage of this and are saving hundreds of dollars over the life of the loan.
