  Usually one teller even when 8 people are in line. When I suggest that another teller would be helpful the gal says to me what are you gonna do when we go all automated. And I said we’re not automated yet and that I don’t want to use the ATM for my transactions because I have other things I need to do with the teller. The hours change and so there’s not even Saturdays, no drive-through so they are forcing you to use the ATM. How is that customer service.

  This Bank of America location is very good. They are fast as well. There is a nice ATM machine that counts your cash deposit for you. There is an ATM machine inside that you can enter after hours only with your BOA card so you feel safer accessing it and of course being sheltered from the weather elements is another nice plus.

  Today has been the worst experience I ever had with Bank of America. I went into this bank about 2:30 pm to get an notary. I didn't know from now on you need to make an online appointment for anything. When I stepped in, nobody greeted me like before used to. There is no sign-in sheet. Saw one of the PB was busy so I sat down patiently waited for my turn. After 25 mins later first customer left, just when I was ready to talk to her she said her next appointment is here, so I sat down patiently waiting again. During this whole time, nobody bothered to check on me even with PBs working by. After another 30 mins, she saw me still sitting there waiting, she then told me she has appointments all day and won't be able to help me. She also said I need to sign-in and someone should have told me about making the appointment online. What a joke, this whole time waiting plus she could have told me about she doesn't have time before her next appointment. I sat there waited a hour without anyone said anything. I tried to call the office after I left to speak to the manager, phone kept ringing without anyone picking up. Worst customer service ever. She didn't even apologize. I will never go to this BC again.

  I had absolutely no problem with this Bank of America this is not my bank but I've been here twice to do business and they've been very friendly to me and I waited regular amount of time I waited in any other bank

  Tellers are very nice, but the place shuts down at 4pm sharp during the week. Such restrictive hours make it quite difficult to conduct any business.

  Apathetic tellers, ridiculous fees, this experience reminded me why I left BOA years ago. Hope I never need to return again.
