Terry S.5I usually go to the branch in wentzville, but I had to come here a few times to pay my car payment. Last week I was helped by Jen. When I walked up Jen and the girl sitting next to her (who by god could be her sister) greeted me write away. I wish I would have gotten her name as well because she was so nice. We did my payment and we all chatted for a minute about our kids! Thank you girls for making my day with your smiles! I will be back!

Aron Genail1All lobby’s are closed and you can only use the drive through. This location is the worst at the drive through. 30-45 min wait because they take so long on each customer. The Midrivers location is much faster, even with long lines I can get through it in about 15min.

Kathy C.5I needed to make a deposit, but the one in Mid Rivers was closed already so I googled the next closest First Community which led me to the Jungerman Wal-Mart. They were busy but the girl smiled and said hello acknowledging I was there. She was helping a man who seemed to not understand how to get in the app on his phone. She had to repeat the same thing over and over, but not one time did she seem frustrated or bothered to help. When it was my turn I learned her name was Sarah. She greeted me again with a welcoming smile and a nice conversation. I have to say that she really made me feel happy. So Thank you Sarah!!

Niki Korda1Very rude! I was running a little late and was trying to get in line before closing. I had about 2 minutes to spare and there was someone still in line being helped by the teller so I quickly asked "if I could step in line even though you're getting ready to close?" And the only response I got was a very annoyed sounding "we're closed". I said I'm sorry I know I thought I had just 2 more minutes and again, I only got a rude sounding, rolling eyed "we're closed." So thanks a lot for all his help...not! I actually used to work at a bank and know how much you want to get out of there at the end of the day but we were never allowed to leave until all of the customers were taken care of. Very upsetting.

Customer service was terrible telling me it will be on a piece of mail, which is incorrect as I do not receive mail from the place I send my Loan check to (it’s a P.O. box). Then, she hung up on me while I was still talking. Extremely rude! I called back a few minutes later and spoke with someone else who gave me the information I needed :)

Tyler Masters5It’s a bank. They help u do banking stuff. If you are looking to do something complex do not go here because I will have to wait longer. Stop complaining. No one cares

PNC was a nightmare at the Cottleville location so I was looking for a credit union that appreciated my business ...I found that and so much more with 1st Community.

Average Joe1All I asked for was change for a $20 bill, not a 20min conversation about her policy and it not being her problem. Simple kindness will not be found here. Go elsewhere.
