  Our 3 year old home built by UBH already has leaky roof (2 areas) and gutters that had to be repaired. The metal roof/flashing was not properly installed and has been leaking for some time. There is extensive roof rot in the two areas. Additionally the gutters were not installed properly and with too few downspouts causing the gutters to not drain properly. This created a weight overload on the gutter and they began to buckle along the long spans. I contacted UBH and got the standard reply "we only offer 1 year workmanship" and a fancy corporate letter reiterating more of the same. If buying/building a home built by UBH be sure to have an independent home inspector look things over, twice. The workmanship is evidently lacking.

  Scott, we would be happy to take a look at your concerns. Have you contacted our office to discuss? We looked through our system and we are not seeing your name as a customer, so we must assume that you purchased the home from the original owner. Regarding the roof, we would need to take a look at that right away before. Regarding the gutters, UBH typically does not install gutters as part of our contract. Most customers install gutters after they have completed their landscaping and final grading. We just need to review the building agreement to verify if UBH contracted for the gutter work. If you can give us some additional information, we would be happy to help.

  My advice to anyone looking to build a home run as far as u can from this company it's been a year and a half still fighting to get in no response from corporate office at all they don't care about the client they have made that very clear

  Armando Delgado and the staff in Conroe Texas was instrumental in assisting us in selecting the home you all will be building for our family. They passed the torch to Brennan Beeson, Sherry Ford and staff in Texarkana who was truly awesome in completing everything sealing the deal.   Our experience with UBH and their staff has been amazing. The staff is so welcoming Armando is a man of his word and easy to talk to. Our house is just getting started and they're always on schedule. Cant wait to see the finished results.

  The United Built Homes in Cleveland know exactly what exceptional service means. They strive to achieve the best experience possible for new home buyers. Personnel has changed recently, and the new team is working hard to assist those dreaming of new home into making it a reality. Their homes are functional and affordable. A rare find in the housing market these days. I couldn’t be happier with United Built Homes !!!
