  BOA needs to put the direct deposit form to be easily downloaded. Not redirecting everytime you try to login to another page. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get this form online instead of having to go into one of the locations.

  Terrible customer service, a teller tried telling me that my passport card was not a valid id and I couldn't use it. Waited over 40 minutes for nothing at the end. Will not go back to this bank, overall poor customer service and knowledge of what they are doing.

  The bank in McDonough will not even pick up the phone after trying to call seven times. I had to call the main office in N/C and WOW no help there from them. Listen if you have a Line of Credit with this bank they will be closing it out as of NOV 17,2017, This bank do not care about other people but there self, I ill be finding another bank to do my banking with, To you " Bank Of America " YOU SUCK..................................

  The SORRIEST BOA experience ever. I have used several BOA all over the States. Nothing as bad as this branch anywhere. Horrible doesn't even begin to describe the whole branch visit. Every employee rude.

  If there is anything Iike a -0 rating. That’s what this unprofessional bank deserves. I have been sitting here for the past one hour just to get a temporary ATM card and the staffs are so non challant and unbothered. So tempted to yell down this building. So freaking annoying!

  The amount of money this bank earns from overdraft fees should be illegal. They have allowed Netflix to go through for 12.99 and charge my account OD fees, but declined a gas bill payment of 49 and still got the OD fees. My daughter purchased 2 games through her iPhone and used PayPal. I was unaware. I called them to explain and they still wouldn't reverse the overdraft fees, then I find out today that they didn't even cover the 3.99 for the two games so they essentially made 70 dollars for something that I didn't authorize, know about or receive. I will be closing my account ASAP. Shame on you Bank of America

  Needed a temporary bank card. They told me I couldn't just walk in, I needed to make an appointment. To get a card to access my money, REALLY??? In mid sentence the lady walked away from me just to tell another customer they were closing. Wish I could give zero stars for this branch. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!

  unbelievable, if you have a lot of time on your hands, you may enjoy doing business with this bank. CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS- i'M NOT THE ONLY ONE!!!!!! that isn't happy!! They need to do something about it.

  I sent my 26 year old son in just now to make a cash deposit and he was told he must be on my account to do so, he would either have to deposit a money order or check. When was I notified of this???? I have tried calling 4 times and NO ANSWER.......
