  The ATM NEVER works! It is so unbelievably frustrating! Just get a new one! Stop trying to “fix” it! I can’t tell you how much time I have wasted driving across town to make a deposit to find the ATM down.

  Rudest, worst, customer service in my life. Wish and should close immediately!!! Right before Christmas when my wife has a broken foot & my niece we are watching has a cold!!! They are telling us we have to come in person for our Bank Card( They NEVER SENT). I can’t believe they would have people who are at risk for being sick to come inside their establishment so we are finally able to use our money they apparently not wanting us to have. My wife banked here for 20 plus years. Not after today. I hope someone from corporate reads this.

  This is the worst bank I have ever been a part of. I does not matter what branch you go too, they are all terrible. Customer service is not bad, it’s terrible. Nobody knows what they are doing or how to do something. That is across the board, again it does not matter which branch location you are at. They have one of the highest fee schedules as well. They truly don’t care about their customers. It also does not matter if you have a personal account or multiple business accounts. They treat everyone the same...as poorly as possible.

  Horrible service! the teller changed my information, despite me giving her the correct information and when I called back to tell them their mistake they told me they cant help me. instead I had to call the 1800 Regions, and then they had a attitude with me, simply because I asked them to correct the mistake they made. That experience made me want to leave regions all together.

  Love driving across this town with too much traffic just to get to the atm and it be closed. Now i’m out extra gas and the extra fees at other atms are crazy to get access to my own money.

  It's a huge inconvenience to have to drive all the across town and fight traffic to get there and the atm is acting crazy so you can't make a deposit. I wish they would have kept the one on Hwy 20 open so I wouldn't have to drive so far to get my money out the bank. When you use another bank on the west side they charge a fee of $2.50 or $3.50 and then Region charge you $2.50 and Regions only have one atm! Please add more atm's in different locations for customers.

  The service at this location is subpar at best! I cringe every time that I come to this location. I come try my BEST to handle my affairs at a different location than this one as the customer service is so poor! No wonder why this location is always empty..

  I've been banking with these guys since college. No issues! Now if you want to talk about fees, I left Wells Fargo... Now THAT is a horrible God forsaken existence of a bank! Thank goodness for Regions!!!
