  I worked with Denise Oliver she was super helpful and friendly. The process was quick and convenient. I was able to complete everything on my lunch break. She was also very helpful with making sure I understood all the details of my loan and had a payment date that best for me. Will definitely return and suggest others to try out this location. 😃

  The people at this facility are very helpful, warm, friendly and understanding to every intricate case that comes into their doors. Its more than a loan, it's an opportunity!! An opportunity to help fund a dream, to help provide a family with funds during hard times of transition, and a breathe of fresh air to those that are wondering how to overcome unwanted turmoil that can alter life as we know it. Everytime I visit them they always make me feel as if I'm family and not just another monthly payment and on top of that they love my Yorkie baby!!! Go Sandy, Erica and Cindy!!!

  I've done business with the 1st Franklin in Carrollton, Ga before and their staff was very nice each time. Apparently, 1st Franklin only hires great people because even the staff here in McDonough are great! Tasha took care of me and we also shared some personal stories with each other. Though we all strive to do better with our finances, know that if you're in need of some help, the 1st Franklin family will do all they can to assist you.

  The fast and friendly experience Denise gave me was above and beyond what I expected.   My dog needed immediate surgery for a pyometra, She was bleeding puddles of blood so I rushed her to the vet, Just for the visit cost $800, Then after I was told the surgery would be up to $4000 and in order for them to get started I would need the full amount up front, I was also told if I couldn’t find the money in 24hrs my only option would be to put her down to relieve the pain, This is my daughter so I was backed in a corner I didn’t know what to do, I tried every vet possible all of the prices were the same, So I called this loan company and spoke to Denise who was amazing our call was quick, And she returned my call in less than 20mins and I was approved for $5000 instantly I burst into tear of joy because it was a miracle, I quickly left the er to pick up the de money I was only in the office for 5 mins or less. As soon as I walked out my dog was chosen for an emergency surgery at Lifeline that same hr. Denise saved my baby’s life bless her and this company.

  Great place to do business The staff is courteous and always very helpful Always interested in my needs Cindi the office manager is very professional And brandi always greets u with a smile and a hello The most impressive i guess is how quick and easy they make the process I would not consider any other company for my needs Keep up the good work guys
