  Worst customer service ever. The lady charlotte was very rude had us waiting for 30 minutes said she would let me know when my problem was resolved. I finally decided to walk back up there then she says oh it’s done now. Been with Bank of America for 5 years just recently moved to Springdale and because of the last 3 times I’ve had to come into this bank I am closing my account out. I suggest someone starts watching this lady because she is very rude and lazy. I have never dealt with anything like this at a bank before.

  Here's the coolest thing about this location: you don't need a vehicle to go through the drive-thru ATM. It's easier to reach the keypad and if you drop something it's just a knee bend away. It's more environmentally friendly to walk up on foot than in your average sedan. And by parking in front of the bank, you can work in a few more steps on your fit-bit. Please tell me what more you could ask for from an ATM!

  I'm not sure why the other two users had such a bad experience but I've never had a bad experience in this bank. As a business owner, I go in all the time and I've always had a much better experience than at other banks.

  Very Kind Grate Customer Service from Charlotte & Ms. Danielle Excellent fast Attentive customer service🙌🏾🤗 and Grate Phone Call service From Mr. Raguel? I'm not sure his name but it begins with an R thank you I Drove 1hr and 5 min from my location to get to the only BoA available and they were fast and affective 🤎👍🏾.

  "Platinum Client" of Bank of America here. This is the most foul, dirty, dusty, and unkept Bank of America branch I have ever seen. Additionally, they close down at 4 o'clock on week days. It seems to have escaped to Bank of America's attention that people who actually earn money and work for a living are not available from 10 AM to 4 PM on their hours. Pathetic excuse for a bank branch.

  I already ask the manager (?) about my appointment & she said to wait, they’re just in the office & laughing They entertained the other lady even though she came later than me, I guess coz they are both spanish I have appointment @ 1pm, I’ve been waiting for 15 mins now & still gonna be waiting more I guess As you can see in the pic, it’s just me & the other lady are the clients

  Giving a 1 star because there is not an option to go any lower. Loved the bank until I started getting slammed with fees. Plus they closed their drive through windows.

  Worst bank I have ever been to. Tried to cash a bank of america check and they said that since I was not an account holder, it was too much to cash. I asked how much their limit is, they said that they couldn't tell me! What? So, can't tell me if it is $10, $100, or what? Crazy! Not only that, but, this branch doesn't even have a drive through. It is dirty, understaffed, and rude.

  This location is for all intensive purposes has to be the worst BOA location in the United States. I literally am switching banks TODAY because I have given this location 3-4 tries and have had the exact experience every time. Today at 10:00 AM the line is physically out of the door, there is one teller at the counter, and the wait time has been around 45 minutes. They are slow, disorganized, and very quick to tell you “no.” Taking ALL family accounts to Arvest today.

  Worst BOA branch. After waiting for an hour, they can't open my checking account without a physical SSN card. I gave them a primary and secondary govt id and the soft copies of my IRS letters to validate my SSN id. -1 stars
