  Absolute BEST Title Company. I use Jennifer Wood and her team at the Fayetteville Realty Title just as much as I possibly can. They always go the extra mile for their clients and top notch service to all the Realtors, Builders, Lenders, etc.... that they work with. I highly recommend them.

  The first time I used them was when I was purchasing my house and I didn’t really deal with them; my lender did. But I was in the process of purchasing the lot next door and was going to do it myself, but all the advice I received from my friends and family were to get a title company involved. I reached out to a few, Realty being one of them, and I didn’t realize it until I was talking to them that they were the same company I used to close on my house. Ultimately, it was a great experience. I couldn’t ask for anything more. The lady’s in the office were extremely helpful and understanding. They treated me like a customer, and had the best service a property buyer could ask for. We closed on the lot today, and am pursuing another lot beside it in which I will use them again when that time comes. Thanks again Terra, Celeste, and Samantha for all your hard work and great advice! I look forward to talking again!
