      This bank is great! They helped me today when I realized that my debit card was lost and someone was using it! The gentleman (Jackson) was very knowledgeable and eased my worries while helping me combat the charges. Side note... my new debit card is really cute!

      This bank is a joke. The tellers are rude and they don't offer services that literally every other bank offers. Like cashing your PAYCHECK without a hold for several days. In-state check, no reason for it. Then they are rude and suggest we do our banking at Walmart! Go to any other bank... ANY other bank.

      HORRIBLE bank and location. I do NOT recommend you open an account here. They are extremely unprofessional and will also rip you off first chance they get. Enter at your own risk/research.

      Opened an account here to pay my credit card bills and cash my payroll checks because its right down the street. Went to the window to cash my payroll check. Teller informed me they ca not cash it because I dont have enough to cover the check in my account incase it doesn't go through. Ridiculous it's a payroll check from a worldwide company.

      Went to the window, to get a voided check. Someone answered the window but then ignored me for 10 minutes and I had to go inside, I have a broken foot and the lady was rude and it was like she wanted us to know she was there but ignored us as she helped other people at the other windows even though we was there first. Disrespectful employees, with bad attitudes. I will drive the extra 10 miles to go to the other one across town who are nice.

      Arrived at 11:45am on a Saturday and the front doors are closed. Very unprofessional.

      Condescending attitude towards customers. Can't provide answers when it comes to online banking. Easy online banking is a deal breaker for me. I would recommend this bank to my mom simple and some SOME of the staff is friendly but as far as online banking definitely recommend elsewhere.
