Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Darby5Quick service, were polite and helpful, made sure I understood everything and ensured my card would arrive before the end of the week. Sure the hours suck, but only the manager can change that, and that's if corporate allows. Being short-staffed is not the employees' fault either, they can't control that.

DeeAnn Jones1Worst bank I've ever dealt with. They charge you to cash a payroll check if you don't have an account. That's ridiculous... the check is written on a BOA acct and sure the Employeed has already paid a ton of fees to even write the check. Secondly you have to go on no drive thru for non-BoA customers. And once you wait in the teller line for forever they then tell you to have a seat and a banker will check you in and verify funds..... Again the check is written on a BoA acct. If they don't trust their own check then there's a problem. That made me think there's no way I'd ever open an account with them which I had considered before this ordeal

AG1I find it highly rediculous that you have to have an ID or Debit card with you to just DEPOSIT money. This branch is the worse and the "so called" lady assistant manager who was a teller was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. She didn't even look like management material!!

Renaie Woody1What kind of Bank closes the drive thru and Lobby both at 4:00pm M-Th and 5:00pm on FrI. Most people work til after 5:00pm. This is just one reason I do not use them for personal banking and the other is it takes you literally 35 min with 3 cars in front of you to get through the line. One teller for 4 lanes is ridiculous!!!! I would not use them for my mortgage either, but they didn't ask my opinion. I am not impressed at all!!!!

Autumn Turnbow1This is the WORST bank that i have EVER been to...the staff is SO rude. And any time you have a question all they can tell you is I DONT KNOW...the only reason that i am leaving them a star is so i can leave this review!!! They wont cash my checks, even though ive been banking with them for a year. I am so over them DO NOT USE THEM i repeat Save your money and leave these people alone!!!!

Ashley Smith1This is the absolute worst banking experience I have ever had. They have absolutely no customer service skills to anyone they were rude to almost every customer here. It is absolutely insane how they treat customers. Bank anywhere but here you will regret banking with Bank of America.

Vick Patel1Man,this bank needs to staffing batter & friendly customer employee.. this branch really needs to increase the closing hours.. how in world yall close at 4pm? people don't even gets off from work. & yall close all ready.. yall sucks!!!! that's why I have account with Wells & TD but never with BoA. and I'm suggesting to my family members to close account with them & open with Wells Fargo or some local bank.

MarkMcCall511Wait in line to see a teller for a quick transaction. Send me to a banker in a cubicle for same transaction, (who can't complete the transaction), then sends me back to the teller line where I wait in line AGAIN. Finally get my transaction completed with a female latin teller who is RUUUUUDE. And looking at my transactions, its just too expensive to do business with Bank of America.

Joanna Davenport1The last 3 times I have had to come to this bank they have had 2 tellers working and a line 15 people deep. Absolutely ridiculous. I am so tired of banking here, having to get myself and my child out of the car to wait 20 minutesin line.

Ramon Johnston1Bank of America is horrible. I was one of 2 cars in the drive through to deposit 1 single check and it took over 10 minutes. So glad I don't bank here (deposit was for an employee). Go with a local bank!
